I was just talked to by the same lady who was going maskless in the heart of the pandemic. When the Great Mike Dewine made it a mandate. Her eye rolls and just utter.disrespect when I just was trying to understand the process and was asking questions, so I am informed on my issue. I then asked her name, and she continued to escalate the situation, refusing to give it to me. As a government employee, I would expect the respect given to be returned. Every time I go to this location if she is there. I have a horrible experience, even if she doesn't wait with me. She was on the far right register today. I have no clue how she still has or wants a customer service job. Or job at all. Yeah one bad apple doesn't make a bunch and just ask the Catholics

Depending on whom you are dealing with at the counter when you want to send a package out it's actually a pleasant and painless experience. 😁 I usually don't have a problem when I go inside as long as you are nice to them you are most likely to get nice in return. I'm not a Bible thumper or an avid church goer, but I do remember some things from going to church with my grandparents when I was a kid and the one thing that I always tell people is "Do unto others as you would have done unto you". If you go in anywhere with an attitude (and I have attitude written all over me until I smile) you are not going to have a pleasant outcome. I hope this helps anyone going into the post office next time. Just smile! 😁 Even if they don't and don't let them ruin your day.

Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable staff in the post office and we have the best mailman ever!

Location is convenient and easily accessible. The post office is a bargain for all of my shipping and mailing needs.

I had a package come up missing and Josh stayed on top of it and although it took a month to track it down he did not forget about me and the importance of my package. He and the Oregon, Ohio USPS are on top of it!!!!

Friendly considerate staff. They took time to show me the new things. The lady in front of me was very long winded and somewhat out of the ordinary and they handled it well. I would go back

Friendly people at the front desk. I mail packages off for business and have had zero issues.

Mike was very helpful and made a stressful situation much easier and was very understanding.

Never have mailed anything in my life, went there for first time and the usps worker helped me through step by step!
