First, I would like to qualify what happened to me. I fell in a hole in a city sidewalk, and was in the ICU for several days. This fall exacerbated an injury to where my mobility was impinged. The pain I went through was horrible. The empathy and care that Nunn Law Offices showed, helped me to feel positive. Mr. Nunn, himself, called several times checking on me. He gave me a positive outlook and told me ahead of time that he was going to take care of me. I was hit by a guy who ran a red light, causing me to need glasses, and having permanent vision impairment in my left eye. The insurance company we both happened to carry did not want to pay any of my medical bills or needs caused by this accident. I was told over the phone by the agent who called me, that he was going to take my claim, while his partner next to him was going to take the other guys. That was a huge red flag for me, and as he was saying that the ken nunn commercial was playing on TV. I called and asked about the situation, and Ken personally called me back to talk to me about my case, and whether or not I even had one. I thought that was pretty stand up so I went with his law firm to represent me. I can honestly say I'm really glad I did. I felt as if I was not being given a fair look as far as how it was handled from the get go. My medical bills are paid and I don't have to have that looming over my head and that's a huge weight lifted off my shoulders and I can't thank you guys enough.
