Seen Valerie Johnson, NP for the first time a few weeks ago. She was very pleasant and took time out to really listen to what brought me into the office. Overall I was very pleased with her, and her nurse.

I have called four times recently regarding a prescription to get changed as it’s given me horrible side effects and was left to wait by the phone all day. When I gave a call back the receptionist was highly unprofessional with me and said, “Well, it’s not the end of the business day” in a snotty tone. Like yes, I have a clock and can see that you only have TWENTY minutes left before closing. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
