The customer service here is outstanding. These guys (especially Nicholas Parton) are incredibly kind and friendly. I was having a really rough day, but their genuine niceness made it better. A big thank you for working me in and patching my tire on my Bolt today, and an even bigger thank you for being so kind.

From Kansas City area was out east picking up livestock and had tire issues on a Saturday afternoon no one from Richmond to here had a tire to help or real willingness to. Belle went above and beyond to get 4 tires on the truck at a reasonable price in reasonable time and so friendly it really made a very rough day seem it would be ok. Now home bound. Thanks to these guys

Made an appointment to get a front end alignment after another shop tried the job, but couldnt get it done correctly. Took quite a bit longer than what I thought it would, but that's is not a deal breaker for me because they got it right. Everybody there polite and the place was clean. Used them before and I will use them again

My husband and I stopped in to get a quick tire patch as I picked up a screw on my long drive from Virginia. In small talk, Nick the salesman, said we were a long way from home after giving him our address. I told him why in short. He was so kind and personable to begin with and I just loved his attitude. I returned less than an hour later to take care of the charges and Nick politely handed me my keys and told me to have a safe trip home. When I asked what it costed, he told me it was taken care of. Nick, you made my day! What may have seemed small to him/Belle Tire, was huge to me! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Nick Parton deserves a raise :)

Logan Young, the store's manager, worked with me to get the best deal possible on a set of 4 Goodyear Weatherready tires. He went out of his way to accommodate my concerns. This is the 2nd set of tires I have purchased from him. I would recommend Belle Tire & Logan for your next tire purchase.

Belle Tire is the only place to go for tires! They are professional, courteous, and deliver what they promise. We had a problem with our front end they found as they had our truck on the lift for the tires that we were unaware of. They fixed the problem and treated us more than fair on parts & labor. If they had not found this, or not mentioned to us, the result could have resulted in a terrible accident. Belle Tire has gained a customer for life!

I was traveling across country and was about halfway to my destination when my car started giving me an issue. I had to pull off the highway as it was making me nervous. I went into Belle Tire not too long after they opened and it was already pretty busy. I explained the issue I was having and that I was traveling. The guy at the counter (I wish I could remember his name!) Said no problem, but it would be a while since there were several people in front me. That was fine by me, I had no where else to go. I was only there about 30 minutes before they called me up. They took the time to look at my car, and brought me out to the garage to explain the issue I was having and showed me everything under my car. They checked to make sure nothing was broken or loose, and reassured me I would be okay to make the last 10 hours of my drive. I can't comment on their actual work because they did not actually fix anything. But customer service was fantastic and I really felt like they cared about me being safe to drive. Had to order my tires, pretty normal regardless of where I buy them. Went back the next day to have them installed. They had my truck in the shop within about 15 minutes, and out about an hour later.

I bought 4 tires and the protection plan less than a year ago. This week I ran over steel and lodged it in my tread. Hearing the leak I knew I wouldn’t make it in town. I took my tire to belle tire, they reminded me I have protection plan and wouldn’t pay anything for this mishap. Nick and Chad took wonderful care of me and my tire. I will always be a big fan of theirs. I have my own tire changer and patches, and could have done this myself but didn’t want to in the rain. Belle tire is absolutely wonderful.

Amazing place for all kinds of service for our vehicles. Replaced the rear end in my truck and they fix holes in tires even if you didn't buy the tires here!!! Belle Tire is out family's go-to repair shop!

I had new tires installed and had an alignment done. The staff was friendly and explained what they were going to do and why it needed to be done. The weight time was about normal for the services rendered.

They were very friendly and kept you informed On what they were doing to your car constantly asked you if you wanted this or that then you didn't go ahead and just do it.

I'd recommend anybody to go there. I'm very good service there.

I was on my way across country to Ohio, when I got a flat on my run flats. Not everyone has them , Belle was able to get their hands on one overnight. I was thrilled and back on the road after their fast work. Fast , efficient and professional and delivered right to me who could ask for more?

They made my day today. Of course I've bought tires there's with an alignment and was very happy. But today I had a mower tire come off the rim due to me not paying attention. Took down to belle tire and they replaced the valve stem, reseated the tire and aired it up. 10 minutes in and out. No charge. I was very happy when I left.

I dropped off a tire with a screw in it and told them I would pick it up after work at 5pm. They called about 11am to tell me it was repaired. I came by after work and they ask me if I would like them to put the repaired tire on my jeep. I said that would be great. They put the tire on and put my spare back under the back storage area. Their service was excellent and charges were unbelievably low.

They came recommended to me and now I’d like to recommend them to you. They not only have many bays to use, they have many mechanics on hand. That is such a blessing when you’re working 5 days a week they can get you in quick and they do quality work worth spending your money on.

Bought 4 new tires for my F-150.
Friendly staff that went over different tire options for me. Nice big area to wait while they work on your vehicle. They found a few things on my truck that they suggested might need done but there was no high pressure to do them right away. Angela was awesome at the counter !
