My big Mac had its tongue sticking out at me and it totally made my night! It was delicious as well with just the right amount of Mac sauce!

I don't usually rate Mickey Ds, but this one impressed me. It was around 8pm and they were slammed. Line moved quickly and we had a little wait for 2 orders (one including a cookie tote). They were so nice when bringing out the hottest, freshest food I've ever had from the golden arches. I forgot to ask for extra ketchup, and so I decided to go in and get some. They immediately went into, "Is something wrong? How can we help??" Mode. It was impressive. The food was delicious and my remaining fries were still warm when I had finished my burger.

Who is the little cute older woman that worked the drive thru on Sunday morning, December 10th? She is the sweetest woman ever. So chipper and happy which is very unusual at any drive thru. She was the one collecting payment in the first window? The girl that handed us our order at the 2nd window was more like what we are used to. No smile, pitches the bag at you, not even a have a nice day. But that lil elderly woman made up for the usual nasty kids that work there. My husband and I will be back just to see her. How refreshing!!!!

Working here is one of the best opportunities I ha e had in a while!.

It was fine. The food was a bit dry. The place was clean, and the service was decent.

They seem to not get there orders right and they blame u for there mistakes.

This McDonald's is staffed properly and service is fast and friendly. I stopped early morning this trip but have frequented this location at lunch and dinner hour and its always well ran. The food has always been hot and delicious.

Visiting family down here from Merrillville and I'm super impressed with the friendly staff and cleanliness of the store. Our cashier Angie Hefner was super sweet and seemed just happy to be there. She went above and beyond to be nice to us. I never seen her stop working and with a smile on her face . Breath of fresh air from the city ! I will be back.

This is the best McDonald's in the area, in my opinion. My orders are rarely, if ever, wrong. The staff is friendly. And they are always busy, so the food isn't just sitting around. There aren't many places to eat in Knox, but as far as fast food goes, McDonald's is your best bet.

Enjoyed my time their and past a lot of time. Away.Wish. I. Could of won more. Instead of losing what I had on the slot machines

I went through the drive thru. The young lady at the window was very friendly. The food was fresh and hot.

Family staff wait time a little ling but i do believe there short handed over all nice people with good intentions i would definitely give them another chance

Love the USB chargers, and electrical outlets at litteraly every single booth. Super convenient and dare I say, with the new remodeled setting, relaxing place to sip morning coffee and chat.
