Bought a replacement Chain for my Stihl Chainsaw. Manager was very helpful and answered several questions about chain sharpening. Also bought a clearance item at a great price. Would definitely return to this store.

Clean and organized but they need to accommodate the elderly with scooters since all ages would like to shop.

The expansion is fantastic. I have always loved this store. Hometown feeling. Large store variety of products. Smith Farm Stores is the place to go. Even if you don't exactly know what you need. Their experienced staff will guide you in the right direction

The store has so much for anyone who wants to get any product related to doing anything with your hands and more.

I went in for bots for my motorcycle and was so perplexed when I went to the isles nut,bolts and screws where located. Feeling overwhelmed with the sheer volume I was feeling anxious.

I walked out of the isle and the customer service representative was willing and so nice when helping me find what I needed.

Even though he didn't know what I needed or where to find it. His energy and kind Demeanor calmed me down and I left the store happy with the product I needed.

Everyone there was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable of where things are. Great hometown atmosphere. The popcorn is good, too.

Service was outstanding! They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Even though I didn't find exactly what I came in for, I was able to find something for another project and was just as satisfied on my way out

Part still not in but super great customer attention. Latterly was there 5 min 3 workers asked me if I needed anything and when I said I called.. the guy on the phone was there in like 30 seconds. Kinda amazing, really

We have been shopping at Smith Farm Store for many years! We find what we need for the home repairs at Smith's Farm Store.

Smith Farm Store in Knox, has expanded! It's beautiful inside and VERY clean. The place is quite organized! Just ask a sales person and they are very available and informed! 5 STARS!!

I have been to Smith's for odds and ends several times, as I shop local . Every trip I was greeted at some point from an employee asking if I needed assistance. There was once visit where as usual I was cutting it close to closing time and rather than be rude or upset like some folk get, they kindly reminded me it was closing time soon, and were very patient and friendly. I have yet to meet and see anyone try to hassle or pressure a sale or rush me through. I had two employees on another visit look individually through mower blades with me, we literally searched every one . I went with the first option.( of course right ) good cashiers. So that is why I give it 5 stars.

They have a little bit of everything and you don't have to drive 30 miles to find it. Employees are very friendly and helpful. If you need help figuring something out, they'll be glad to help you figure it out.

Always, always go to the store in Fall. Best farm store there is.

As always, it you need it, most likely they have it or something that will work. One stop shop for anything around the farm, barn, house store

Called what few hardware stores close to me for a rubber handle for my cane. Called Smiths Farm store,and I got yes come on down we will Help You out. A hardware person came out with a tubular rubber sleeve and installed it on my cane.Thank you,Smiths Farm Store.

They have always been good to me and even helped me out with some junk where they redoing the other store 🏬🏪
