Holiday Inn Express & Suites Crawfordsville, an IHG Hotel

I was impressed with the quality of the room and the friendliness of the front desk clerks. The rooms are nicely arranged, and I liked the window coverings that completely blocked out the outside light. The light on the top of the closet added a nice touch, and the chaise lounge in the corner was so comfortable. The room had plenty of electrical outlets--something I appreciate--along with USB outlets.
The room cards were completely blank--what a fantastic idea! That way if a card is lost, no one can figure out what it goes to. It made me feel safer.
The desk clerks were friendly and accommodating--even after I came back to retrieve food I left in the refrigerator after I had checked out.
The room was clean and nicely arranged. My bed was "just right."
I would happily stay here again.

Wow- third trip at this hotel and best thing every is that they have, by far, the best crunchy bacon 🥓 out of any hotel I've ever been to!!

Excellent little IHG hotel. Appears to be recently updated. Here are some interesting finds :

- Safe in room
- Free washer & dryer on 3rd floor
- Nice looking swimming 🏊‍♂ pool
- Jacuzzi Hot tub
- Workout jym
- DirectTV with 3 channels of HBO

Best of all (for me that is), the darkening shade in my room actually works to keep the light out. No need for me to pile up the extra pillows to block the light 😒

2nd time staying at this hotel and the staff were very nice and professional on both occasions. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with plenty of room. Breakfast was well stocked and food was fresh. I highly recommend this hotel if traveling.

We only stayed one night but we were impressed with the cleanliness and the staff was friendly. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked and the food was very good.

The hotel was bright and clean, very up-to-date, possibly remodeled recently. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and all breakfast items were continually restocked/hot. We didn't use the indoor pool, but others took advantage of it and the hot tub. The gym had about 4 stations and was open 24 hours/day. The only thing that seemed out of place were the bath towels with ragged edges.

Clean and comfortable. No bugs. Decent free breakfast, lots of choice. Would stay again.

Easy access from I-74 just outside Indianapolis. Under renovation, BUT - the renovations are superb and are not an inconvenience. Best accommodations we have stayed at in some time. Clean facility throughout, including the most important, the room. Room darkening shades that actually work! Smart TV. Incredible staff. We were in the little store looking for a toothbrush and the night desk associate walked up and handed me a complimentary toothbrush and travel size toothpaste! My 9 yr. old grandson wore himself out in the pool. One of the best breakfast arrays that we have had at hotels, even providing take alongs. We have friends that live in the area. When we visit, we know where we will be staying.

Stay here regularly. Always clean and everything works. However they just remodeled and replaced the desk chairs with extremely uncomfortable chairs. They also removed the full size ironing boards with completely unusable toy ironing boards? My air conditioner was possessed and did what it wanted. This visit was definitely a step down from past stays here.

The nicest people and so clean. The pool was actually warm and hot tub was hot. Food was fantastic they had hot cinnamon rolls! We will stay again 100%

Jennifer and her team were AMAZING and made our stay so easy. I was in town for a funeral and was worried about finding a place to stay with my larger rescue dog. The hotel team was SO kind and accommodating our whole stay. Even though they were doing renovations at the time, the Holiday Inn staff and even the construction crew were so sweet to my dog Piper and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Thank you to Jennifer and the awesome team at the Holiday Inn!

Very nice room, went swimming and used the jacuzzi met some nice folks, you could see the bed sheets and blankets was fresh and clean...the breakfast was delicious loved it

They are absolutely wonderful. We had a horrible week. Our waterpump in our well went out. We are a family of 7 we ended up split up between a few places . my daughter and i ended up here. They even allowed our dog to visit with us no charge while my boys came out. Room was very clean bed comfy pillows both the soft ones and firm were great. Huge bathroom . washer n dryer free to use. The breakfast was pretty hotel standard but the lady who took your order then tray style like cafeteria filled it was sweet as could be. Desk clerks polite and helpful.

Everything was hospital room clean .
They do have no maid service for anyone staying under 3 days but hey its pandemic season.
Id recommend them .
And stay again.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are new and clean. The breakfast was far better than the standard at some joints. Comfy bed. I was very happy after a long drive. I didn't do the pool but it looked pretty good.

We stayed her for one night while on a mini road trip. We were bringing our min-pin, who had never been at a hotel. I was nervous about how he would act so I called the morning of and asked if I could have an end room by a door to take our dog in and out without bothering other guests. They were happy to accommodate and that meant a lot.

The room was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Our breakfast the next morning was served up by an employee due to Covid and was great— they even packed it in a nice to-go container since we were heading out. I would definitely visit again!

This was one of the best hotels I've been to. The service was great. The breakfast was amazing. They were so accommodating and just the sweetest. The room was so clean and smelled clean everytime you walked in.

*Update in January, 2020*: Don't let the construction they are doing worry you - same great staff, same comfortable & quiet rooms, same tasty breakfasts - just some re-routing of things while they spruce up the public areas.

Clean, comfortable hotel with friendly, welcoming staff. Nicely stocked pantry. Great quality television, speedy wifi. Close to I-74 and 231, plenty of places to eat nearby.

I usually see families and kids using the pool; it seems very popular with them.

Had one night with a noise problem in the next room; management was immediately attentive and the problem did not happen again. Responsive.

Just stayed here for 3 nights. Loved the room and facilities. The room (2 queens) was bigger than expected and perfectly clean. The shower was excellent and the curtain was intelligently designed, so it didn't attack us. 😁. The fitness center, pool, and breakfast were also better than most hotels in this range. Thanks!

Very nice and super clean. Did not have a chance to check out the pool. However breakfast was really good. They have a pancake machine that when u push the button it makes two fresh pancakes. Beds are a little firm for my liking but my husband loved it.

Had a great experience. Everything was very clean and the pool and hot tub were a wonderful bonuce. The room was spacious and very clean. I loved the little like store at the front desk that had movies you could rent and fun snacks. The service was great, but the maids really should ask if anyone is in the room before they open the door.
