Best Western Plus Crawfordsville Hotel

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. They also offer made to order breakfast which was a great surprise. The cost was a bit high but most other hotels were sold out that night so there must have been something going on in the area. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel. I would consider staying here again if I am in the area. (It's a very nice part of Indiana to visit). Our check-in went great. The desk clerks were very friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and comfortable. The mattresses were super comfortable! My daughter and I slept very well in this quiet comfortable room. The bathroom was in good working order with a good shower. We also enjoyed a nice relaxing swim in the pool. (I think it may be a saltwater pool, possibly. Very clean) We also enjoyed the sauna. Breakfast in the morning was super nice with Anthony, the chef, fixing us made-to-order, delicious omelets (served with a smile). Thank you very much to the general manager and all the staff for a super nice stay. You all do an excellent job!

On trips, quite frequently we just grab a conveniently located hotel along our route. It was clean, quiet and the staff was friendly. We were not disappointed here.

Very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. The made-to-order omelets at breakfast is a nice touch and the chef Anthony went out of his way to be friendly to all guests. Second stay at this hotel and highly recommend it.

Rooms were clean. Pool was heated/warm, shallow, and long which was great for toddler. Breakfast had omelet option and regular waffle maker. They had a vanilla yogurt dispenser but no other additions for fruit. A container of strawberry would have been nice. Otherwise, slept great!

LOVE this hotel!!! Clean rooms, beds are super comfy. All of the amenities. Nice gym, and gym in a bag so you can workout in your room, too! Coffee is delicious, and decent hot breakfast (omelette made to order!). I was on the road in Indianapolis for a few weeks, and I stayed here as often as possible.

Easy freeway on and off. Rooms were very nice, beds very comfy. Unfortunately, we slept thru breakfast, but we're still on PDT and its EDT, so not surprising.

The cook is amazing and funny treated us with respect. Way cleaner than before. Friendly service.

Trusted the Google reviews and they did not let me down!!! We were interested in this hotel because their pet fee is much more reasonable than many others. The staff was friendly and our first floor room looked new as well as being clean and comfy. Full hot breakfast including made-to-order omelets is provided with your stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Anthony makes a mean omelette and Tiffany runs a tight breakfast room. Super friendly and helpful staff, definitely coming back!

First time I stayed here I found feces on the comforter. Left immediately. Tried again, 5 days in gave 5 stars for trying. Today room was supposedly cleaned. Remade my bed with same sheets I slept in for 7 days. Floors were not swept, mopped or vacuumed. HOUSEKEEPING SUCKS !!!

Always pick BW to stay when traveling. Beds are comfortable, rooms are big and clean, staff is friendly accommodating.

We stayed one night in a pet friendly room with a king bed. I really liked the fact that this is an environmentally conscious hotel, with room power that is only in when the room is occupied.
The television had a lot of channels and worked well. The bed was incredibly firm, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly.
Breakfast was good, with hot food options (I love the make your own waffle station!), bagels, cereal, coffee, juice and fruit.
There was some noise from the room above us, but that's to be expected. The water pressure was good, and the hot water was adequate. The refrigerator in our room did not work.

The Breakfast was Awesome.
The cook John is one of the best I have seen cooking and making sure everything was kept clean for the guest eating area .I see
He takes pride in what he does.
He made sure every guest that came for breakfast was taking care of as I seen him go out of his way for the guest so they had a wonderful experience during their stay. We will be back hope John still there.

They are very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and up-to-date.

The rooms are very nice, the staff is friendly. I reserved and paid for an upgraded kitchenette room on Expedia and therefore it was not refundable . I could not see anywhere to indicate we had a pet but it was listed as pet friendly so I proceeded, expecting to pay the pet fee when we arrived. When we arrived we were told the kitchenette room was not available for pets so we were offered a different room. Which was $20 less per night but the hotel had no way to adjust the rate and said I would need to contact Expedia for a refund. I suggested they just not charge me the $20 pet fee but was advised they could not do that so I then paid the pet fee also. I proceeded to my room feeling dissatisfied. Later the desk staff contacted me saying she had arranged to refund the pet fee. I was satisfied with that effort. The breakfast was excellent for a hotel breakfast.

The tractor trailer I drive is 75 feet long, tip to tip. With my axles spread full out, the turning radius is long... having said that,
Taking time to set up the turn onto the hotel property, which is extremely tight, is doable and well worth the effort!!!

Location is quiet yet within walking distance to a GREAT cracker barrel and 3 blocks from fuel!

Hotel staff is off the chart friendly and helpful... rooms are clean and in good repair, lots of amenities. I will be back as the opportunity makes itself available for me!

Everything from check in to departure was flawless. The gal at the front desk was so nice. Breakfast was eggs bacon and a variety of breads, waffles etc. the first morning, second morning the manager was making omelettes to order that were delicious, along with biscuits and gravy and hash browns. The rooms were nice and spacious, and the kitchenette was a bonus for just a little more of an increase in the room price. 24-hour coffee and water with fruit in it. Nice little touches. We were extremely happy with our stay and will definitely return!

Monique is super and all the staff great. Good rooms and breakfast and Facilities. A good value for our stay and will definitely return.
