I have had nothing but the best service from J&J. From recovering thousands of family photos from our desktop system that crashed, upgrading the hard drives, to replacing the keyboard on a laptop due to water damage, I have always been 100% impressed and satisified. All repairs were done in a timely manner and EVERY call I have ever placed to them has always been promptly returned. We use him at our family business and I recommend him to everyone I know.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Went above and beyond for me. I wanted to possibly retrieve any photos that may have been on an old Compaq tower that had been in a closet for years. They were able to get in, even though I couldn’t remember the password, let me view what was on the hard drive, and then since there wasn’t anything worth saving, wiped it clean. He then offered to dispose of it for me. And then, graciously, said there would be no charge since I didn’t retrieve anything!! I highly recommend J&J Solutions! I will definitely come back for all my computer needs!

Gerry has been helpful in taking care of our computer needs. With his remote support our maintenance plan has kept us from minimizing down time. Excellent company to work with.

Good for the basic issues, but when it comes to things like gaming PC’s this a great place to get seemingly robbed for your money.
