Always smells amazing & has deals going on! I get coupons and free items. Several people in our family got candles, soaps & wallflower plugs. They smell better then any plug we've ever tried & last much longer. Staff is friendly. We're always greeted on our way in & out. Assistance was offered. Everyones so polite & helpful. Cashiers were nice. Its always super clean & organized! Highly recommended! The soaps last forever as well!!

Great atmosphere, clean and organized, great people, that's always willing to help. If I can't find what I'm looking for in store. I'm most generally about to find online. I'm a big spender here during the fall season.

I have a slight addiction to this store! The customer service is always great, I'm always promptly greeted and asked if I need help or If I'm looking for anything in particular. If I am they either walk me over or point me in the right direction! If you haven't already, sign up for the emails!! I get emails almost daily and coupons ALL THE TIME!! if you're able shop at our local store :) it helps them and you don't have to pay shipping, unless it's an item they don't have in store of course!

The prices are getting extravagant but if you plan ahead, easily compensated with coupons and sales. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable.

I love this store this is my "happy place' every time I come in there the people are so nice. I had a young gentleman, which is cool to see a guy in there instead of just the girls, he was very helpful and so sweet, but the two girls I talked to today which is the 18th of August they were awesome. I just came from my other "happy place" which is Maurice's and between the two stores which are across from each other in the mall. I love the courteous happy atmosphere and they're so helpful they told me about rewards and programs that I don't get from other stores and I came from a horrible store before Maurice's and Bath & Body Works, but I just want to thank the two girls and the boy that was in the Terre Haute store for being awesome!!!! people, thank you for making me happy besides all the markdowns I got.

AWESOME, as many of you know, and with the current outbreak of the covid hit us all hard, I am so proud of my mall experience. The girls were all polite, courtesy, kind, and so very helpful. They know their stuff, and there is no fulling them. Thanks a lot , I believe you all are going to be on Santa 🤶 nice list this year.

Cannot get enough of this store. Even though they are always full with a line at every register, they are still super friendly, kind, and patient. What could be a nerve wracking situation, B&B makes it ok😊

This store.... I love it, the people are great, but I could spend all my money in there. i usually do not ho in here unless im on a budget because if i don't the whole store will be coming home with me. the try me sprays dont do it for me tho. if you really want to smell the products try the lotion bottles or the candles. i feel like i get more smell out of it than the sprays, when you spray it on the card all i smell is the alcohol in it.

My most favoritest store ever!! If I had the money to buy 1 or 2 of everything that I loved the smells of I most definitely would lol and every time I go to a different bath & body works the ppl are always great!! I need a job at this company
