Caroline, the girl who took my order was super friendly. I've worked customer service before and it's always best to have an employee that is upbeat and with a smile on their face.

That being said, I am also disappointed. Very disappointed. I ordered 2 chalupas without tomatoes because I am highly allergic to tomatoes and there was tomatoes on both of them. I have the receipt to prove it. I ended up giving my food to my friend who I was going to visit because I couldn't eat it.

I returned today, October 29,2023 for my replacement and it is so good. Made exactly how I like it. Kayla, the manager I talked to last night was extremely helpful. Thank you for listening.

There food was really good and they gave you what you ordered, and was generous!!! Quite shocked usually like the saying where's the beef!!!! I had lettuce and sour cream! With every bite!!! And plenty of meat!!

The workers at Knox Taco Bell had my large order processed quickly and efficiently. When I noticed that there was a slight issue, they immediately fixed it with no issues. They were quick, efficient, courteous, and polite. One of the better experiences that I've had at a Taco Bell ordering for a large group.

Taco Bell always gets 5 stars from me. last time i went i had a big order and i quickly ran through Knox Taco Bell. They got my order perfect 1st time. I love the hard shell taco. the flavor of the meat is great.. love this place

I would have given it 5 ⭐ across the board, except the person who took the order got it wrong, the drinks were warm and flat, over all still one of the best I've ever been to

This Taco Bell Rocks, the staff is friendly, always fast and don't skimp on the goods when they make your meal

They are often out of certain things late at night but that is only because of how popular this location is. They are always willing to substitute or do something to make the situation better. I always come back to this location

Taco Bell is the best place to eat if you are a bit hungry for some Mexican almost food. Anyway, this place is great. The folks are always helpful and patient. I always seem to order more than what I will eat. Give a try. It's a bang for your buck!

Last time I was here this was the slowest Taco Bell in the world but they improved greatly. I went through the drive-in this time so I didn't have that much interaction with the people. Dollar nacho fries are not that good. Stick with Nacho Bell Grande!

Customer service has gotten better, place is cleaner and I love it!

Absolutely horrible. Food is hardly ever fresh and way to expensive for a fast food place. I mean 27.00 for a 12 pk of nacho flavored shell with lettuce tomato cheese and a squirt of sour cream. Never again.

Very fast, fixed my food how I asked for it. I live a half hour from them so I had them, keep my chips away from my other food in notchos, when I got home they even packed each thing separate for me. Thank you

The lady at the window is always so polite. My food is always hot and quick for being a fast food restaurant
