Got 5 pairs of Buckle Jeans today. The two women who helped me today were amazing. They helped forever until I was happy with what I needed and my size. Thank you so much. I highly recommend Buckle Jeans and the store inside university park mall. Lifetime customer for sure😁😁👍

Nathaniel made mine and my boyfriends night! He was so helpful but not pushy and killed it on guessing our sizes and having fun with us. I am plus size and didn't think I would have options there (which is why we don't go in often even though my guy loves it there) I ended up finding stuff I loved which I attribute to Nathaniel being so easy to talk to. Pay him all the money, give him all the bonuses because he's genuinely happy to be there and that's not easy to find!

Love the variety of jeans and lengths. I always find something I love and staff suggestions have helped me find things I never knew I needed.

It was amazing. Associates were more than helpful and directed me to exactly what I was looking for! And they have layaway! Couldn't have been a better place to shop. It's casual yet sexy!

There’s clothes I adored on a few of the mannequins that had my size which wasn’t available on the shelves, and Fernanda was very helpful with assisting me to try on clothes to fit and around the store. The employees are super friendly and help you with what you need.

Shout out to Maddie who helped my daughter pick out her clothes today for her birthday. The buckle is a great store in general, but employees like Maddie are the ones who make the experience so great. Super friendly and super helpful. Ask for her when you go in if you need help picking out your new outfits.

I love this store. The sales rep was so helpful. She helped me find the perfect jeans. While I was in the dressing room she kept bringing me different styles to try on. She smiled the whole time.

Love the buckle. I'm tall, so finding pants has always been a struggle, but the buckle never disappoints in helping me find just what I need. If they dont have it they order it and ship it directly to the store for free. Great selection for anyone.

By far the best experience I've ever had at a clothing store!!! Marcus ( guy who works there ) has helped me find exactly what I'm looking for even when I'm unsure myself. It is a little pricey but the clothes are very nice and the staff is so helpful. I can't say enough good things about this place, I highly recommend it!!!

In the age of Amazon, it is a relief to know that customer service and the human touch still exists. I like that The Buckle offers something for pretty much ANYONE, and the staff don't treat anyone from Gen X or older like fools.

I love the BKE brand. I'm a 45 year old guy who owns ZERO Affliction shirts and is married to an OG fashionista from the 80s. She likes that they are quality and stylish, and I like the fact that they don't scream "mid-life crisis", and don't have any of the freakin' rhinestones, pre-cut intentional holes, or absurd leg cut designs that are way too baggy or way too tight.

I had reserved a pair of jeans online, using the Buckle App (which is terrible, incidentally). Unfortunately, one of the problems with the app is that it doesn't communicate well with the stores, as only one of the items was there.

I wanted a pair of jeans with the extra cellphone pocket. These are surprisingly rare, and the staff had trouble locating a pair with what I was looking for. But that didn't stop them from making every effort to find it. Eventually, the young man who had become my primary contact went through the corporate database, overrode pricing issues to ensure that I received a sale price, and set up a priority mail delivery, directly to my house.

(I wish I could remember the young man's name, as I would gladly send a letter to the corporate office on his behalf. If anyone from the store happens to read this, he's an African-American fella in his mid-to-late 20s, short hair, medium build, probably 5'9" or so. He deserves a raise, a promotion, or at least an atta-boy)

Pricey clothes, but great looking clothing and top notch customer help when walking in. Smartphone app is also nice as it allows to reserve stuff for in store pickup.
