Always friendly people. I've been with them at least 11 years. No long waits.
Small parking lot, But I've never seen it full...usually only one or two vehicles in it. I like receiving hard paper copy receipts, instead of carbon receipts. You get discounts for your home, one or two vehicles, good driving record, which adds up to a good amount! And Deb Childs drive way empties into Douglas Road, which is very easy to come into or leave fairly quickly most of the time!

I love State Farm and Deb’s branch. I’ve been with them for 8 years and have no complaints. The staff is wonderful to work with and I’ve had no problems! Super helpful in helping me figure out the best plan for me and any discounts, including the safe driving and student programs.

I'm sorry that I failed to submit this evaluation sooner than today. First, I'm been a State Farm customer for many years which explains my 5 star rating. The quality of service including appropriate policies, correct information, coursty and professionalism have always been visible. The recent work, John Nisely completed on my rental insurance policy is a perfect example of my evaluation. University Edge Apts made what use to be a simple request a nightmare for me and State Farm. It took John at least a week to fulfill UE's impossible rental insurance request. John demonstrated patience, understanding, sophisticated computer skills, and perfect timing to complete UE's unrealistic request. To State Farm, thank you for all the work you do and I will forever be indebted to you.
