So far great experience! Staff is friendly and helpful. If there is a issue with scheduling my appointments they will call me or tell me right away and get me in asap. Great service and treatment all around. Will recommend to family and friends in the future!

It was my first time going and had to bring my two kids with me, staff,nurses and the dr were super helpful and welcoming to them! Thought I was just getting mole looked at but got it removed same day! Very happy it's gone it was quick and painless and everyone kept my kids busy while I had it done since I wasn't expecting it to be done today and was notified of them sending it off and any charges I will have from pathology. They didn't push another appointment on me either

I honestly just want to thank you for the music you have when you're put on hold when making a call. It just puts you in such a good mood & is so upbeat. Never heard happy music like this while put on hold anywhere before.
Also, very great dermatologist office 😊 Would recommend.

Such a wonderful environment, very friendly staff, and knowledgeable physicians. Physicians also have availability in Illinois as well as Michigan, and you are able to obtain a same day appointment!

Very friendly receptionists, nurses and Doctor! Procedure was quick and painless...well, except for the numbing shot lol.

Disappointing and waste of time. The nurses I had were very kind and quick. On the receptionists end is where this company lacks. Unprofessional to say the least.

I cannot believe how rude and disorganized this place was. First I booked an appointment and when I showed up they tried to say it was for the following week but I know when the appointment was booked. Secondly when calling back to the room the “office manager” who told me her name is jodi who was the assistant in the room was quite rude and I could tell she was very aggravated!! She told me later it was because they were “SHORT STAFFED” She also accused me of making a ruckus and called me a bully towards the front desk reception because she said when I was talking to the receptionist I was loud. I looked at the receptionist and kindly asked her if she felt disrespected and if so I apologize it was never my intention. She said she did not feel disrespected. The front desk office manager said that the receptionist was just saying this because she didn’t want conflict. Never go to this place!! The energy is bad, negative environment and the office manager and everyone is mad because of being understaffed!!

The front desk staff has been different every visit lately and are not friendly or helpful at all. Very unprofessional comments were being shared about a former staff member to another patient and it was inappropriate in front of waiting patients. We love the nurse practioner, but when you have bad staff it ruins it.

The receptionist is absolutely rude. I really wish there was another clinic in the area.

My Dr left this group but know one in the office had the courtesy or professionalism to call and reschedule my appointment with a different Dr. I showed up for my scheduled appointment and that's when they try to reschedule with a new Dr. I will find a new Dr with better organized and more professional office staff.

Not a very friendly environment & staff always seems so bothered. I felt like my appointment was rushed and left me with more questions than I initially had. Currently waiting to hear back from this office.. I’ve been waiting a week.. we will see.
