Excellent customer service! The entire staff introduced themselves and explained every step of the appointment thoroughly. They took their time and it didn’t feel like I was being rushed through my appointment. The therapy and adjustment gave me instant relief. This was by far the best chiropractic services I’ve ever had.

My name is Jason Lopez and I’m a current patient at Hick’s. All the staff members are pleasant and have great personalities and people skills, and even put up with my dry humor and dumb jokes I “crack”. This place has restored my faith in the healthcare industry. My back and hip issues have felt better each time I go and get an adjustment. They are reasonably priced. I honestly thought it would be more expensive and I was pleased when I found out it wasn’t. Basia, Karen, and Paige are always super nice and efficient when getting me in and back in a room for my adjustment. My adjustments are incredibly helpful in getting me back to normal. My praise for this office is endless. 5 stars, and I’d recommend to anyone having back and hip issues.

Hicks Chiropractic has a very welcoming atmosphere with a wonderful staff. Dr. Ferguson always has time to answer any questions or concerns I might have. It is refreshing to see a Dr. who is not in a big hurry just to see the next patient

I experienced severe back pain after shoveling snow all weekend. Called them at 8:10 on my way to work. They said "come on in". I went, signed in and was able to get treatment immediately.

Dr. Ferguson and the staff at Hicks Chiropractic are the best. I went in with sciatica at about an 8/10 pain scale. Dr. Ferguson listened and came up with a plan to get me back on track. Happy to say that I’m now pretty much pain free and it’s because we worked together on a solution. All of the staff at Hicks are friendly and easy to work with. Great experience overall.
