Marsha was a very friendly woman to deal with during our closing. We used a family friend as our realtor. Marsha was the listing agent. We were told that we would be able to have possession of the house 3 weeks after closing. Marsha assured us it wouldn't be that long.....and it wasn't. It was less than a week!! We were so excited to get the house so much sooner. When I picked up the key at the agency, the lady that was in the office was very nice too! We had an enjoyable experience with A L Olson.

Called multiple times and had our realtor schedule to see a home. We drove over an hour to see the home and when we got there the only door that the key worked for was barricaded shut. When we called this listing agent to inform her of what happened all she said was, "oh, sorry" We had to physically go into the office in order to finally get someone to contact us back, just insanely unprofessional and ridiculous.
