LOFT

Have been buying from the Loft for years. This location while a bit smaller then the others I've shopped on the East Coast, was quite well stocked!
Staff was all quite helpful and friendly.
The displays were all neat and nicely folded.
The store was clean too.
The bench in the dressing room could desperately use being reupholstered.

Purchased quite a few cloths for Holly there today. Both staff members were very helpful and professional. Felt like a 5 star place. Service was top notch. Will return for fall cloths.

The staff was awesome, very helpful to me and very kind to my daughter while I was shopping.

Even though I barely ever find anything that fits in a flattering way - I love this store. When I do find something it's always one of my favorite pieces. It is a pricey place, but I understand why.

Is a little expensive but great quality clothing and nice staff. I really like how they have a petite section, as I am petite which makes it difficult for clothes shopping.

Normally I am happy with this location but I had a bad experience today, which brought down my rating drastically.
I rushed there after work to get something I’d been thinking about all day. Barely made it and tried to go in 4 minutes before posted closing time and door was already locked. (I’ve worked in retail and currently own a business with a storefront. I am very conscious of not holding people up when they want to close. I wanted to grab the item and get out, but this extremely poor business practice is making me think twice about shopping there anymore [even though it’s one of the few places in the area where I can get clothes that fit].) if you say you are open until 6, you shouldn’t lock the doors until 6! Period. If something unusual happens that warrants deviation from your posted hours, put up a sign so people know what’s going on.

Poor staff. The older one (I think another employee called her Sherri) always looks angry and is extremely rude and unwelcoming. I think I’m officially done coming to this Loft location, as I don’t need to witness a woman in her 50’s huff and puff like a child about doing her job. Unpleasant experience.

Today my husband went to return a few items that I was given for Christmas. The sales clerk lied to him & said my gift recipients wouldn’t work because they were past the 30 day , although it clearly states on the recipient that it’s valid til January 31 if bought between November 1- December 24. Unfortunately, he was doing me a favor and didn’t realize that it was written at the bottom. But the clerk who returned the items sure knew it was stated on there. You’ve just lost a customer. I’m sure you don’t care because you will just scam another person.
