Saved my butt when I had a water line leak during a -9* evening. Nathan was professional, nice, and explained what he was doing and why. Cost was reasonable as well.

I had another great experience with Home Comfort Experts yesterday. I had a new AC Unit, furnace, special filter system, duct booster and humidifier, plus a thermostat installed all in 1 day. The team was very professional and tentative. The technicians laid down a tarp and wore protective feet coverings to insure they didn’t make a mess. Our house really needed an upgraded system installed professionally and they delivered just that. My favorite part of the experience was, how kind and knowledgeable the complete process was. I knew everything that was going on, and they listened to everything that we needed and wanted and then some. I love our new system, it’s nice to not need a portable heater in our master bedroom anymore, the duct booster works amazing. Thank you guys very much

I woke up to find my furnace did not run. I called Home Comfort Experts for service. The technician, Michael arrived at my home and went to work checking my furnace. He decided it needed to be serviced and did a complete safety check also. My furnace is up and running perfectly. I was impressed with his knowledge & friendly manner. Nico did a fantastic job. Our water softener was broken and our water heater was on it's last leg. We got both replaced in one day. We were talked though all the financal options and picked what is best for us. Now we earn credit while fixing up our home. We appreciate all the help and the great customer service.

Tanner did a great job!. He explained the club membership to me and said he would do the inspection that I had scheduled for the end of January. we can cancel that now. He was on time and it was great walk into my house after work and it was warm. I hadn't been able to get the temperature above 60 for the past several days. Thank you so much!

Friendly fast and efficient! Tyler helped us out when the valves on our pipes broke off from freezing issues. Once he fixed the valve he found a small leak in one section of the pipe behind the wall and he fixed that as well at no extra charge. I also dealt with Jordan who gave us the initial quote on the fix and he was friendly and very helpful as well. Both of them were knowledgeable and gave us insight on how to prevent any future issues.

Dave did a great job. He was extremely pleasant and professional. He worked quickly and did a better job than I expected could be done. He was very straightforward, honest and friendly in his communication.

Nate was very good. He was very knowledgeable and willing to explain what he saw to us so we understood, and recommended what needed to be done. He'll be coming back for repairs. Definitely recommend. Thank you!!

Very pleased with Josiah's work he did for me. Not only is he a great technician but I found him to be very honest and a man of great integrity. Very polite and a man about his business. Would definitely hire him again.

Anthony was polite and respectful. He quickly located a loose wire on my Remi Halo light. The red light unit he unit came back on and stayed on the remaining (5) minutes of the service call. The unit appeared to be fixed. No concerns at all with service call or Anthony.
For the record there may still be a problem. On two occasions Saturday the red indicator light again went off. I shut the unit off, waited 15 minutes and restarted. The light came on and ran for 1 hour and 3 hours respectfully. Same thing Sunday AM but, Sunday PM restart has now run for 24 hours. If it fails again I will contact you to set up another service call.

Nate showed great professional skills, he provided great advice, and explained in detail issues with the furnace. He also conveniently scheduled worry-free follow up appointments. Thank you for providing such good service.
