I have a commercial Account here at autozone and the lincolnway E location and I’ve always dealt with Annie and she has helped out with anything & everything ! I would recommend this place 100% !!! I’ve spent thousands of dollars every month here and received nothing but excellent service here. Thanks to Annie & her amazing team she has working !!! I will pass few Autozone’s just to get to the lincolnway one !

Had a burned out headlight after just 6 months , and I didn't have receipt. The manager made it right, and showed me how to avoid the bulbs burning out so fast

Staff super nice. Ordered items on line super easy in and out.
Ended up having to return item, return process was super easy as well.
Its the hub store so it is well stocked and large.
I drove 45 mins to get there one way. Nice and easy to find, easy in and out from road.
Would recommend!

I was assisted by Don today... who was an extreme pleasure to do business with. He was very knowledgeable which helped the transaction move along quickly and satisfactorily. I will return to this store for all of my auto parts needs. The rest of the staff were all hard working and friendly. That's how employees should run a shift! Thanks to all!!

Went and exchanged a warranty tps. Goshen didn't have one in stock. So instead of waiting til 9.a.m the next day. Gave me a reason to go spank my harley for a bit. And get my isuzu fixed that day. Of course it's the hub. So they got all rhe parts over there

My name is Kathy Davis my father 86 years old went in for help with wiper blades he's always been a do it yourself kinda person but needed help a man by the name of Paul Poe help my father get what he needed and went outside in rain wind and cold weather and helped my father put them on and my dad said he even got to help a little bit and it made him feel good so Mr Paul Poe I want to thank you for the time and compassion with my father you are. Great customer service. I do have a commercial account here & great prices get all my parts from autozone they always have stuff in stock or if not next day they deliver it. They deliver to my store daily and had nothing but great experience with this autozone and Annie is very very helpful!!

I know nothing about cars, so this is a good place I purchase parts from. Staff is very knowledgeable and has been able to give me what I need 9 times out of 10.

It was so easy to get Exactly what I needed for brakes. He showed me options with prices, explained what the real differences were. And here's the kicker, they were the right parts! Going this route to have a friend help me do it myself saved me easily $500, so I will be coming back to this AutoZone.
