They have a very large selection of items in stock and they have long hours at this location that make it nice for the working person.

Nice place. Clean & friendly. Ordering online and picking up in the store is worth looking into, as there are sometimes online-only coupons that still work this way. I feel like they may have a little bit better selection of things than their competitors...but that could be coincidence too.

I love that You Win is so incredibly knowledgeable and that I can walk in and describe what is going on with my vehicle and he knows what's wrong and what I need to fix/replace (almost every time he's correct)! He always goes above and beyond, from putting my wiper blades on, to listening what strange noise my vehicle is making, to replacing the key fob battery for me. It's a big relief to walk in and see him behind the counter, I know I'm going to get the correct part and the best service. You Win is the best!

Honestly if Ridge Napa doesn't have it in stock, no one is going to. If it wasn't so far away, I'd just go here first every time. Great store with great people.

I can almost always count on NAPA to have the correct parts needed for a repair.

My wife has a Dodge Grand Caravan SXT with heavy duty brakes. One of the adjusting pins on the bracket froze up and could not be freed up. I chose to replace the bracket to avoid future issues. I ordered a new caliper set from another parts store and even though it was described as "brake caliper for heavy duty brakes", ot was not the correct caliper and bracket. I brought in the bracket so they could see the difference, they stated they don't have anything like that.

I immediately went on the NAPA website and as usual, they carried the correct caliper and bracket. Not only did they have the correct part, it was $20 cheaper than the competitors. As I only needed the bracket and the rest of the caliper was in good condition, the counter person removed the bracket I gave him the broken one and I saved a $30 core charge. In the end, I paid about $65 for the bracket, but getting it directly from Dodge probably would have been more expensive.

Sunday morning and had to replace (2) lugs and nuts before Monday morning work commute. I knew I could count on them to be open on Sunday and have the parts I need. Customer service is always delightful.

The wrong part was suggested by mistake. They offered to exchange it for me. Went above and beyond to make sure i had the correct part the second time around. Their customer service is excellent!

I go to this auto park store when I need to find a difficult part. All of these employees are very experienced and really know their Stuff!

Order guy with a white beard helped me. He was amazing, even looked things up for me and helped me get a student discount!
