We were having some electrical issues at our condo. We read the reviews for Absolute Electric. I was sold! Their reviews were glowing. The name that kept surfacing was Eric. That’s who I wanted to do our work. My husband made the call & told me that Juan & Zac were coming out. I was completely bummed out. I wanted Eric! But let me tell you what, Juan & Zac were fantastic!!!! They were very professional and very personable. They left nothing unchecked! We are having more electrical work done & I immediately, without any hesitation, called Absolute Electric again. You can rest assure that who ever Absolute sends your way, they’ll be the best!

After trying 2 other electricians who couldn't figure out why some of our outlets and lights weren't working, our landlord called Absolute Electric. It didn't take them long to send someone. His name is Juan, and he is fantastic! It took him no time at all to diagnose and fix the issue. He clearly knows his stuff! Very personable and friendly as well. I would recommend saving yourself the hassle of calling any other electrician. Go straight to Absolute and you absolutely won't regret it!

I called Eric in the late afternoon for an issue with the overhead light in my toddler's bedroom. I explained the situation, and he couldn't be sure whether it was a safety issue or not. He happened to be nearby, so he came over that evening and fixed the problem. He was very nice, easy to work with, and his rates were very affordable. From initial phone call to the time he was leaving my driveway after completing the repair was less than an hour and a half. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience, and I will call Absolute Electric any time we need an electrician in the future!

Eric and his crew ran 220 to our backyard for a hot tub, and installed a couple of additional outlets as well. From the beginning it was a great experience: he is easy to get a hold of, gets the specific details of what you need, helps to fill in the blanks for the parts you don’t know about, and provides accurate and reasonable quotes. I possibly could have gotten the work done cheaper elsewhere but I sincerely doubt it would have been done as correctly and as neatly as Eric did. Happily got what I paid for, and I would not hesitate to call him again for future electrical needs.

When people talk about amazing customer service, they must have worked with Eric. A tree fell and ripped out our power line on Friday night. I got a hold of Eric on Saturday (who was on vacation,) and he offered to contact a colleague to come assist. He followed up on Sunday (still on his vacation,) and I was so impressed I asked him to do the work on Monday. He arrived in the morning, worked all day with Zach (in the August heat) until 4pm. He also put in a service call on our behalf so Duke could finish their work with the power line. Incredible customer service — and now he’s our forever electrician! I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Several years ago I had Eric install new lighting fixtures in a condo my wife and I had recently purchased. He did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. Last night one of our circuits stopped working. So I called Eric to ask him to stop by today to fix the problem. Eric asked me about our circuit breaker box, and offered to help me over the phone. He explained exactly what I should do to properly reset the circuit in question. Following his instructions, things returned to normal. He didn't even charge anything for his advice.

What is wonderful about Eric is that he is both an outstanding electrician and an honest, caring and helpful person. I rated him 5 stars because Google would not let me rate him 10 stars.

Could not be more satisfied with the service from Absolute Electric! They fit me in same day, and provided great communication leading up to when they would arrive. Once they did arrive, they fixed our outlet problems within the hour. Juan was a pure professional! Thank you for providing such exceptional service in Bloomington! Eric came in on a Saturday and fixed our electrical issue within 20 minutes when we had no power. Life saver. Excellent, efficient, and kind! Will definitely call him again for anything needed in the future.

Eric was absolutely phenomenal to work with. He and Juan added new wiring for the level 2 charger needed for our car. They were fast, efficient, and the work is very clean and makes sense to the house. I appreciate Eric working with me in laymen's terms and discussing the best solution to our problem. I enjoyed chatting with Eric and would highly recommend Absolutely Electric.

Eric and his partner in crime, Emily, did excellent work. We did a kitchen reno that required some existing canned lighting to be relocated and also new ones added, and a couple recepticales added along with bringing things up-to-code. They were extremely knowledgeable and patient with any questions asked. We will be keeping his contact info at the ready. We highly recommend Absolue Electric (Eric). Thank You for a great job.

Our business, New Outlook Counseling, is in an older building and one of the breakers controlling the lobby lights failed. I called and these guys were out to fix it in less than half an hour, making a small hole in their schedule to keep our business running. Very professional to the point that they sent me a text later on to let me know after studying the pictures i sent them of the problem, they noticed a non-UL approved breaker in the box, which could cause an insurance claim to be turned down in the event of a fire or such. Call these guys, they are smart, fast, and very good.

I had this company upgrade my house from 100 Amp service to 200 Amp service. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Eric even gave me advice on some of the wiring that I was doing myself. Their original quote was very reasonable and after the work was completed they charged me less than they had initially quoted. I would strongly recommend this company.

I had Absolute Electric & Maintenance out to fix the electricity in my mobile home. It was definitely a puzzle to figure out what the problem was, and Absolute took on the challenge with enthusiasm and a friendly and jovial manner even though it was beyond his last stop f)or the day (literally). His schedule was such that he was booked for the following day completely, so even though it was 8 o'clock at night, he came out anyway!! Eric was super efficient and knowledgeable at what he does, and I almost feel like breaking something else so that I can have him back to talk with. Maybe I'll just invite him over for coffee or something instead. ;-) Seriously, though, I had no clue who to go to for my electrical work, and now, couldn't be happier. Absolute Electric was a great find, and I can't recommend them enough. I have lights again!!!!
