Excellent service all around, very reasonable price. They came out quickly, diagnosed the issue within a few minutes of arrival, and got the job done fast. They didn’t try to sell me more than I needed. They seem like honest folks who take pride in their work. Couldn’t be happier.

This is the second time I have used this company. The guys are so friendly and professional. They had me take pictures of my leaking faucet so they could have the parts in hand. I was very anxious about this repair, thinking it was going to cost a ton or be more complicated. They were done in less than 20 minutes. Both times they have completed the job with efficiency. These are the guys I will call for all future plumbing issues, and I highly recommend them!

Have used Drain Surgeon 4 times in the 28 years I have owned my home, starting the week I moved in. I have been impressed with the service, the way things are explained & the efficiency of their scheduling. This time they were too booked to accommodate my emergency, and it actually upset her that they couldn't help. She advised me not to wait & to call someone else. I was very happy with the other service too, but I will be back here for sure!

Very trustworthy company. Had a 24 year old water heater that was leaking. They came out took a look at it and just recommended replacing the pressure valve, since the water heater was still in good shape and not leaking inside the tank. Everything is fine now.

If you're looking around for a plumbing company that will give you an honest recommendation, and not out to just "make a sale", give these guys a shot.

They came out on time, were prepared to fix and replace what needed to be, and did it quickly and effectively. As far as plumbers go, the price tag on the work done was a good value. Definitely calling them first if more plumbing issues arise.

The guys from Drain Surgeon were able to come out within two days of calling, and they fixed everything we needed for a great price. They were respectful and wore masks the whole time during Covid.

I called on a Monday morning hoping to get drain cleared late that afternoon, but was pleasantly surprised by getting the drain cleaned early afternoon. Very pleasant as well.
