Made an appointment a week ago. Service department was ready to take the car as soon as I got there. Found the problem and I was out in an hour. Very friendly staff. Extremely clean and comfortable waiting area. The service area was also incredibly clean. Great experience, highly recommended

There is nothing not to like. I always get my oil changes at Gates. It's fast, the price is reasonable and they have a comfortable waiting room nearby. By the time I finish my coffee, the car is ready. They also disclose any problems they found with your vehicle without a pressure to repair.

Sales Associate Stephen was very courteous and knowledgeable about my automotive review. Explained repair required in detail. Service time was reasonable. A shout out also goes out to Brian for assistance earlier this week as well.

While we weren't able to purchase a car at this dealership, I appreciated all the time and consideration from both Sasha and Mercedes in trying to secure us a deal. They were patient, thorough, and kind as we navigated the process after unexpectedly needing to make a purchase.

We recently took our 4 Runner in for a full maintenance service. Had all oils and fluids changed. They called to say the brakes needed done, have the micrometer readings and we approved the service. Went to pick it up and as we left noticed something wasn't right with the brakes. Took it back and had to leave it overnight as they were closing service for the day. They called mid morning to say the rotors were serviced but should have been changed, so they went ahead and put new rotors on without charge for the inconvenience. Everyone experiences problems, fixing them is the key. Highly recommend.

Dawson Kratzchmar was very helpful in my search for a new vehicle. I am shopping for a specific year and model Toyota as we are expecting our first child in September. Since I am in Michigan and couldn't inspect the vehicle in person that they had on their lot he took numerous pictures and gave a thorough breakdown on the van I had my eye on. It can be difficult to find an honest person in sales and I am happy I was able to work with Dawson!

I've gone to this dealer a few times, once for a diagnostic and the other for warranty work. Both times I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their waiting room is comfortable but they also have a shuttle available if you need to go somewhere. I've haven't had any issues with their work.

The customer waiting room at the dealership was clean and a nice comfortable atmosphere to wait as your service was being done.
