Helpful employee I dealt and was very knowledgeable on the part I was looking for for my power tool and where to find it online or at another store cause Lowe’s didn’t carry that item anymore

I needed a battery operated heater. I walked in the store and saw a Black Santa and a White Santa. It was joy. As a child growing up we did not have Santa's that looked like us. This is progress. Thank you Lowes

I needed help ordering a paint color for my classroom. Cassie was in the return center and came right over. My son is very inquisitive and asked tons of questions. She was so kind to answer every one and even show him the process! She went above and beyond to make his experience a memorable one! He hasn't stopped talking about it all night! Thank you Cassie!!!

I we t to lowes this morning looking for a glass shelf for a bathroom. Before I could get to the bath department I was greeted goodmorning by three different associates . Then while looking for said item another associate came to my assistance. I really appreciate them making my shopping experience seem important.

We visited today to get some lumber and look for other small items. Unfortunately they didn't carry one of the things we were looking for, but we were able to get everything else that we needed. The staff, as always, was friendly and very happy to see a dog.
Earlier this year, we were looking for a dehumidifier. An employee here immediately asked if we needed help, then led us to the humidifiers instead of vaguely pointing us in the right direction. The employees at this Lowe's are always helpful, knowledgeable, and happy to help.

Thank you to the Outside garden morning people are absolutely awesome and the people in the Pro department go out of their way to make your shopping experience be a great one and in tools and getting keys cut those guys are outstanding as well thank you for all you do it's appreciated here

Definitely one of my favorite places to do some browsing & obviously for home & business construction materials or just tools!
My husband & I are huge fans of Lowe's.

We love that we can bring our dogs in with us while we do our shopping.

Friendly and helpful associates. I didn't care for the only display for Duke Cannon products was at a checkout. I wanted to look thru the assortment, but was in the way of the checkout line. Ended up not buying, because it was too awkward to make a decision. Still, it's a great store and will go back.

We needed a specific size of plexiglass for a home project. The gal who helped us didn't know how to cut it, but immediately found someone to help her, and in minutes, we had our two cut pieces, exact the right sizes we needed. Thanks to all involved!

Outstanding service from Greg in the lumber area. Helped out with every shopping item list I needed. Lowe's is extremely lucky to have him as an associate representing the great customer service that Lowe's pride themselves on.

Workers actually asked if we needed help. Nice change of pace since we normally have to hunt people down in some of the other stores
