Wow I'm pretty impressed with their customer service. I rarely give 5 stars and the woman that worked customer service deserves it too. For some reason the survey wouldn't go through unfortunately. I ordered a desk through them and it came broken, I accidently called Home depot and they could only help me if I brought it back myself. But these guys right here? I got refunded, ordered another one and they will pick up the broken desk same day. You guys rock man, keep up the good work.

I've been in and out of Office Depot for over a year and Lucas is the friendliest and most knowledgeable associate to deal with. His suggestions are exactly what I need and he never leaves me hanging. Lucas is an associate you can build a great team from.

I recently had the pleasure of working with an Office Max representative named Scott. Who truly provided an exceptional experience. From the moment I approached him, he was thorough in understanding my needs, efficient in assisting me, unfailingly polite, and incredibly informative. His knowledge of the products and services available made my visit a breeze, and I left the store feeling extremely satisfied with the assistance I received. It's employees like him that make Office Max stand out as a top choice for office supplies and services. Thank you for the outstanding service!

I stopped in for a toner drum for my copier and was greeted by David…from across the store as soon as I walked in. He asked if he could help me find anything. Normally when an associate asks if they can help, it’s a half hearted attempt, but right from the start David came across sincere so I let him help. Turns out I had to order the item. David was upfront about the shipping time but once I placed the order was found it would be delivered next day. The level of customer service was exceptional. The other employees seems happy to be there which made for a stress free experience. I can’t say enough about my shopping experience today David’s level of professionalism. The store was well stocked and clean. I wish I could give more stars.

The associates are kind, friendly, and ready to serve. They are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. It was raining (heavy) and the associate made sure my heavy items (all my items to be exact) were placed in my vehicle. I appreciated it. The store is ALWAYS clean and well-organized! I have had nothing but a positive experience at Office Depot. Office Depot is my “go to” store for all of my office/school supply needs! Thanks for excellent service!

This particular Office Depot provided me some of the best business interactions I have had of recent. I personally designed my business cards & had some issues with getting them printed the correct way. However, Scott & Joel more than accommodated my needs & helped me personally re-design my card to make sure it fit perfectly within proper parameters. Can’t thank you guys enough!

The store was clean full of product. The staff greeted and were very helpful throughout my visit. And I left with more than what I came in for great deals.

I came to Office Depot in a desperate attempt to get graduation invitations printed. My online order from another printer was "misplaced" Kim was able to print an order for me within hours. I cannot say enough about her kindness and excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service by the sales manager, David, and his crew. I was greeted at the door like an old friend, engaged in lighthearted conversation with several staff members, and left feeling valued and appreciated. When you can walk out of an office supply store with a smile on your face, despite having spent a few bucks on printer ink, you know they’re doing something right! Thank you, David and crew, for being a surprising and welcoming light in my day! I’ll be back!

Both the cashier and the gentleman on the floor helped me without me trying to find them for help! If memory serves me correct, at the register the gentleman actually went out on the floor and looked for & found the actual labels I was looking for (I prefer the Office Depot brand and could only find the Avery brand). Which was great because I work and shop here for my church and buying the Office Depot brand helps us save some money.
This may have been another day but the gentleman on the floor helped me pick up 2 cases of copy paper that I needed and put it in my cart. Then when I checked out, he also came to me and asked if he could help put it in my car for me. Then returned the cart for me as well. It's the little things that make a difference to me!! Just all in all I had great customer service. These days!!

The associate greeted me right away, and helped me find the ink cartridges I needed. He also helped credit my rewards, and processed the empty cartridges I returned for recycling credit. All done very efficiently.

Great experience! The store was busy but I still received personal attention to make sure my printing project turned out well. Thanks Kim!

I was greeted when I walked in the store and asked if I needed help. I knew what I was looking for and where it was located so I declined the offer. The young lady at checkout was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained how the OD rewards program works. I appreciated her courtesy.

I ordered a poster sized print from an online photo prior the opening time of the local store. Because this was time-urgent, I called them soon after opening to request an early pick-up. I had my product in hand in less than 11/2hours, and it was perfect. I had received a phone call rather than a text, as requested, and my order had been moved to first priority to accommodate my need for speed. I highly recommend Office Depot.

Kate at the shipping desk was so kind, helpful and professional. She acted like it was her package that needed to be shipped and went through all of our options with us, which was so nice because we were so unprepared!
