Zumiez

I’ve been to countless Zumiez stores over the years and this is by far the nicest I have seen. Everything was perfectly organized and tidy. The layout of the store was unlike any Zumiez I have seen. Good on the employees and management for keeping the store in pristine condition. They deserve praise for sure.

Took my 11 year old school shopping. He’s decided this is his new favorite store. Caitlyn and Gary were super helpful and made us feel very welcome. I love how they talked to my son, and not me since he was the one shopping.

Awesome staff!! Brought my 11 year old in to create a custom skateboard with his b-day money. Young man helped us with every detail since I am clueless with skateboards. Both young men working made my son feel special and he left feeling on top of the world. What a phenomenal experience. We will be back!!

The young man TJ is a great sales associate, always knowledgeable and friendly. He always helps me pick out clothes for my kid and showing me the latest boards!

Great store. Great management on that day. Lots of options. Amazing style. Not only that but you can customize your own bored too. It is pretty pricey but definitely worth it.

So I came into the store and bought a whole new complete setup. Went down to Provo Park and skated for about an hour before I snapped my brand new enjoi deck. Although that was a bummer, the customer service I received was incredible. They were super bummed and hooked me up with a brand new board and grip tape for nothing extra. I was expecting a bunch of cooperate BS excuses on why they couldn't do anything to help me, but I received 100% amazing customer service.

Great Experience every time I come to shop. A very great variety of graphic T's and Hoodies one of the best stores in the mall.

Called all sporting goods stores in the area, no one had adult-sized knee pads for people who rollerblade (26 years and counting!). A wipeout and subsequent concussion last summer, then a wipeout after a brief tango with a chipmunk last week finally sent me looking for more armor. Katelyn (hope I spelled it right) was very helpful, had great information and helped me size the knee and elbow pads. Will definitely return for bearings, etc. Excellent customer service.

Nice kind workers gave honest opinion on items not attempting to get me to spend to much on something that I could get the same one but cheaper overall a great place

My Favorite store in the mall they have a wide variety of brands like Adidas, Odd Future, Nike, Empyre, Champion, Obey, Ripndip and a huge variety of boards and other stuff. The staff is really chill and they all have different styles!

I'm too old to buy anything for myself here. My Granddaughter loves the clothes so it gets ☆☆☆☆☆

Custom build a skateboard here, both gentlemen that were very passionate about what they do and where huge help. I will definitely be buying another skateboard here!

The atmostphere was laid back and the employees were very helpful and kind. Lots of skater and 'self expression' vibes.
