Northwest Health - Starke

I ended up in ER because my glucose level was too high. From the check in to Er Nurse David and Dr Starr I was treated well, they got me on the right track quickly and had a few laughs along the way. Highly recommend!

All personnel, I met with very courteous, professional, and I receive excellent treatment. I am a military retiree and I appreciate good quality service and that’s what I received from this facility.

Even though the hospital was very busy the day I went, the staff was very friendly and efficient. I was treated with respect, and in a timely manner with getting my test done.

Friendly and thorough. Sindee the CNP was very very good at getting to the bottom of what problems I having by running the necessary tests and listening to the symptoms I was having. I highly recommend her.

I felt very comfortable while waiting for my surgery. I was very frightened but the nursing staff worked to keep me calm. Big help as scared as I was.

No options given for medical history and not enough space to write. HOWEVER, ALL of the staff are amazing, sincere, caring people. Couldn't be happier!

I am very satisfied with the care I received from Tiffany Bowser. She spent a considerable amount of time listening to me about issues I was having. She was knowledgeable and I felt comfortable during my visit. She prescribed a course of action that hopefully will get my health back on track. I would recommend her to anyone.

Have delt with p/therapy dept for 5 years and not only are they professional, but compassionate. And, the imaging dept and been very pleased

When you fill out your paper work ahead of timr they get you up front real fast eberyo n e is very nive and kmow therr job well got me in & out & down to my CT scan directed to have an other set down there only for a moment than got me into my room for CT didn't t would they took great care of me since I was in so much pain had me rest assured it would take long & it didn't helped me up from table and hot me on my way back home they all took such great can & time with me. Thank you

Jennifer Sanchez who took my blood was awesome. She was quick but thorough. My ultrasound tech was amazing as well. They both were professional. The registrar was thorough and explained everything to me and what my estimate was.

Every single one of the staff at Northwest that I dealt with was very helpful, friendly and a pleasure to be associated with.

They were very busy and worked through it very quickly and professionally don't like going to a doctor or hospital Am happy with my choice with northwest starke

Couldn't ask for better care anywhere! From the housekeeping staff to dietary to aides, techs, nurses and doctors, everyone was absolutely fantastic! Quick to response, friendly, caring, funny.....we were so happy with Knox's little hospital. Maybe their catchphrase should be "The Little Hospital With The Huge Heart" ? Clean. Very knowledgeable. I can't say enough about how happy we were about our recent visit! Don't let the size confuse you-

Went in for a colonoscopy with Dr. Hood and the experience at the Starke location was amazing! Considering being nervous about the procedure they put me at ease. Every nurse, associate and doctor were amazing! I have yet to have a bad experience at this location.

The nursing staff and doctors were so kind and helpful. They made sure that I was well taken care of. The kitchen staff made delicious meals. Housekeeping kept my room clean.

Both of tests were done by two different ladies. Both were pleasant, kind, & courteous. Nicely done ladies.
