Integrity Medical Center/Dr. Majed Al-Hamwi

Dr. Al-Hamwi is an excellent physician that is identified as an internal medicine physician. The staff is nice and handles co-pays, insurance and the documentation of necessary information. I checked in, was called within 10 minutes to the room, and seen by Dr. Al-Hamwi in a sufficient amount of time. Thank you Integrity Medical!

Dr. Al-Hamwi and his staff are amazing. I have seen him twice in the last four years (I don't go to the doctor's very often) and both times he has treated me like an actual human being instead of just another number. He is very kind, caring and understanding. He always takes the time to listen to what I have to say and he makes sure I understand what is going on. Dr. Al-Hamwi does everything that he can to figure out what the problem is and doesn't just rush you out the door. He seems to genuinely care about his patients and their well being.

I consider Dr. Al-Hamwi and Melissa Grirch family. Dr. Al-Hamwi puts up with my crazy sense of humor and lets me take jabs at him whenever I see him! He is a very honest doctor who really does care for his patients; I feel safe with him. My other favorite person is Melissa Grirch. She is absolutely awesome and I feel like I can talk to her about anything. She really goes above and beyond to care for her patients, and I couldn't appreciate her more. I highly recommend both of these fine people to take care of me and others! Stop by and give them a shot!

One of the best Drs. I've ever had. He listens to you and trys to get to what ails you. He's not just another what I call pill pusher. He will fix the problem instead of masking it with uneeded meds. If he thinks the problem is something serious he won't hesitate to get the necessary testing or refer you to a specialist. He and his entire staff are very helpful and friendly. He also has other great Drs. In his office, I've seen them also, there great to. Give them a call, you'll be glad you did. They are accepting new patients.

I have had Dr. Al-Hamwi for several years. I have always been able to get in when needed. He always made me feel important, not an imposition, rushing me out of his office. He takes time to listen. Really a down to earth doctor. Give him a try, you will be satisfied.

Dr. Al hamwi is a great doctor. Always answers questions makes sure you are confident in you health care. If you need a referral he makes sure you get to a good doctor. He has an awesome staff, they are always willing to help. Office is always clean

I love Dr. Al. He is a great doctor and very honest. He tells you like it is. Everyone needs a doctor like this. He truly cares for his patients and their well being. I recommend him to everyone I meet. Please everyone go to him. 5 stars!

Dr. Al-Hamwi is a very knowledgeable doctor that actually cares about his patients. He is very down to earth and a great person. He listens and actually wants to help you figure out what is wrong. I recommend him as a doctor to everyone.

Dr A is literally the best doc I've had in years. Very accommodating. He has great 'bedside manner' and is very attentive to my needs. As a patient with a lot of ongoing and changing health needs, I would say Dr A is always on point. I would recommend his service!

The amount of respect that I have for Dr. Al-Hamwi and his team! This place definitely cares about the individual unlike other places! Keep up the great work!

Great Doctor and staff, he really listens to what you have to say and not rush you out to see another patient. Made me better not only physically but mentally as well.

this is by far the best doctor i have had since my doctor back home.he's a really fun doctor and Melissa Grcich is a great doctor i love this clinic so much i bring my mother,my boyfriend and his brother and anyone else that would ask for a good doctor to see i always say dr.Al-hami .the women at the front desk are great to me i just love the whole staff there.from my point of view they're the best everyone in there is great Betty Lott

Not a good fit for myself or my husband. Seemed great in the beginning but more about his rules and beliefs than our concerns and problems. Keep in mind he’s an internist and not a GP. I understood more knowing what an internist does. Do yourself a favor and research every dr on your own. It’s worth the time to know what kind of dr you NEED.

This Dr. Is a joke, along with his reviews from his son and a few friends from Illinois. I originally was seeing the nurse practitioner that was there. After a few appointments with the NP she was no longer there for whatever reasons and I started seeing "Dr. A". Second visit with him I had to make an appointment for problems with my ankle. Not being able to walk he wanted me off work for 3 weeks but I convinced him I couldn't be off work that long so he said " ok then 2 weeks". The receptionist filled out the paperwork to give to work and I took it to them. Work sent in f.m.l.a paperwork and I filled a claim with short term disability like my work instructed. After 2 hours, I received a phone call from "Dr. A's" office stating the Dr only wanted me off till the end of the week since I had vacation time off for the week following. Meanwhile at the original appointment for the ankle I was to be reevaluated before returning to work so had an appointment for the Monday after spending my "vacation" on crutches. Still on crutches I kept my appointment and "Dr A" pretty much implied I just wanted more time off ( this appointment being 2 days before the original return to work date). While at this appointment he stated I was to see an Orthopedic, that he never said anything about or even refered me to one. He left the room and yelled at the receptionist for not sending a referral that was never ordered or talked about. After comming back to the he stated he would send a referral to an Orthopedic but in the meantime find a different Dr. After leaving I explained the situation to HR at work and they allowed me to use another week of my vacation time, burning up my time for the year being almost 4 months into this year. If this place is a 5 star establishment then White House motel is a 5 star Hotel. On a brighter note Dr. A's staff that does all the work is great!
