My friend and I got our doubles pierced with Lily and she was the best! She really took the time to get to know us and really made us feel comfortable.

I had my doubles done by Lily and she was extremely professional and made sure I felt comfortable with the whole process. She is awesome!!!!

I just wanted to stop in and give a good review. We ordered something online for pickup, and they were out of the item. When I went in the woman working there was very kind and explained the situation and helped me find a new item that suited us. While I was waiting in line, a man came in and created a disturbance. The woman working handled it with the utmost grace, authority and professionalism. I was truly in awe of her strength and authority and I felt a whole lot of empathy that someone would come in and give her a hard time over something like little girls jewelry. In a day and age where customers treat retail workers like garbage, this woman is a standalone leader and I was just so impressed by her. Honestly I feel like she has a place in leadership and I wish my little girl had been with me to see her beautiful example. Cheers to that fantastic retail worker with her smiley face earrings, I hope you go far. You are an example to all women. And thanks again for helping me make my purchase. I will be proud to shop at the store again.

Brigette and Isa were amazing!!! We had the best experience! We all 3 got piercings and had a 1 time piercer and made us all feel so comfortable. They had the best moods and talked with us the entire time! Those two women were seriously the bomb! They need raises 😁 never had an experience like this before 😁

This store has been through some rough times lately, as many businesses have over the last couple years. To the commenters who are unhappy with the gates closed early or mid-day, I am sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused you (on behalf of the new staff currently running the store) and I assure you that the gates were most likely closed so that an employee who was scheduled an open to close shift with no other help coming in to relieve them, could go on their required break. This is not only company policy but labor laws require them to take a break off the clock as well, which means that the gate must be closed to customers for that time period. Finding staff to work anywhere right now is hard and it is no different at Claire's. Luckily, the new team here is doing their best to revive this location and they are awesome! If you had an unpleasant experience in the past, please give this store another chance to show you what we are all about :-) And if staffing continues to be an issue in this area, then the gate may be closed at random times, so I always recommend calling the store before you drive a long distance to let staff know you are wanting to come in and they can let you know what their hours of operation are at that time.

My daughter got her ears pierced for the first time there two days ago. The guy that was working was awesome. He took his time, explained everything, and waited until she was ready.

If you want earrings with monkeys wearing sunglasses on them or mood rings shaped as a watermelon cantaloupes then definitely check out this place!
