This bank is terrible to work with. Their new security on your debit card means it may fail when used 45 miles away from your home because they deem it is "out of my area" even though my card has been use at multiple locations in that town multiple before. I have to notify the bank if I want to travel out of my area so they can make a call so I can use my card without a problem. Wake up on a Sunday and plan an impromptu trip 60 miles from home, you are out of luck. Now waiting for my chip card to arrive, "they are getting out later than we thought" was the answer I received for why I still did not have it yet. In three days the old card will no longer work. Their answer was to carry more cash. I am currently looking for a new bank. Fed up.
