This was an awesome experience. I got exactly what I needed at a price I thought was reasonable. The gals in the office verified that the dishwasher basket I ordered was the correct one for my dishwasher, which I so appreciated. It was incredibly packaged so there wasn’t a chance it would get damaged during shipping. And it was at my door in less than a week. Couldn’t beat the price anywhere. Seems like a well run company and I would definitely recommend using them.

Outstanding. We moved and lost the hardware for our fridge. Found a matching set in this website. Promptly got an email after ordering confirming the appliance model. One piece didn’t match and they provided a link to the missing part on eBay. Good communication and prompt shipping. I wish we lived closer to this store because I’d definitely shop here again.

The best refrigerator I have owned since 1978 is discontinued, no longer making parts, good luck! Good Appliance gets used parts when they can and sell at a great price. Searched for a freezer shelf for our Whirlpool refrigerator and happen to come across Good Appliance and their price was very affordable while big manufacturer websites wanted twice as much not including shipping. I loved that they wanted confirmation of our refrigerator model so that we did not end up getting a part that did not fit. Once confirmed we received the part quickly. Ordered on Thursday, received on Tuesday. Package was packed very good with no issue of breaking. Highly recommend!

We bought a new home with a Frigidaire refrigerator. The ice bucket had rusty parts. Good Appliance had the best price for a replacement bin, so we took a chance and are happy with our purchase.

We went to Good in search of a used Washer. We found a good GE at a wonderful price. The ladies in there really are wonderful and great to work with. We will be back if we ever need another appliance!

We just ordered a replacement refrigerator shelf from Good Appliance. They were fantastic to work with. The price was less than I saw elsewhere. As part of the order process, they verified that the part would fit our refrigerator. Although I did this myself, I really appreciate them double checking. Shipping was extremely fast. With the lowest cost shipping option, we submitted the order on Thursday and received it Saturday. Will definitely check with them first for all appliance part needs.

What great service! I’m not local so I chose shipping and everything went super fast. I got an email from the customer service team to confirm my appliance model number and then the order was shipped within a couple of hours. So friendly. The price for the part I ordered was also under half of the going rate on other sites. Highly recommend!

Ordered a replacement handle for my rental fridge I broke trying to change the door swing. They were by far the cheapest option I found online. After I placed the order they followed up to confirm my model # and after I sent a photo they made sure I knew the product I ordered was almond and not white like my appliance so it would not match. I really felt taken care of and they even threw in an extra screw that worked great to replace the problem one that caused the original break. The order also arrived a day earlier than expected. They really made me feel like they cared about my very small order. Great customer service! Thank you!

Christi and Sharon at Good Appliance are the best. They reach out to verify the part I requested would fit my model, which turned out I had requested the wrong part. After determining they did not have the correct one available, they search and found the part I needed from another source.
