Great customer service and excellent deals on many products. I got a great set of jumper cables, 4 gauge 20 ft long for 30 bucks as of March 2024. According to Jennifer, this particular store is the best (because she works there, lol) It IS a great store. You can choose if it is because of her or otherwise.

The McMinnville Oregon store is the best stock and well-maintained clean place. As I walked through the store every employee the saw me ask me if they could give me a hand. Top-notch #1 service. And they have everything and organized. If you're searching for a toolbox they have everyone and every color on display.

Friendly staff and well organized clean store. Doesn't seem to have stocking issues like some of the other. Most items are usually available. Had a cordless tool fail about 2 weeks past warranty and when I checked in with them to see if repair service was available they offered to just replace it. ZERO hassle.

Their cashier David had the most incredible customer service ever! I am definitely coming back again soon!

Inexpensive tools, the selection of tools now range from value to good/better quality tools. Their Icon line of tools look to be a competitor to Snapon without the price, with quality is high and comfortable to use. Every time i have been to the store they gave good customer service.

Yesterday we went into Harbor Freight in McMinnville and got their Harbor Freight card to purchase a $399.99 Greenhouse so I will write a review about the greenhouse soon after I get it assembled. But Harbor Freight is my usual go to for reasonably priced tools that are 100% guaranteed. Had a biscuit joiner that was 6 years old but only used it a few times and when I went to use it it didn't work so I brought it in they had me pay for a $10 guarantee and exchange it for a new one so for $10 I got a $75 new tool.

Who doesn't like Harbor Freight? Lol this store has gotten me out of some tough situations when I just need that specific tool, cheap and right then. Staff is always super nice.

Doesn't look that big from outside. If you like shopping in person it's great, staff constantly available and attentive to help find things. The rub is, and the reason I'll be shopping them online from now on is, out of stock sale items, I drove 69 miles to get to the closest location and could only get 1/2 of what was on my list because they sold out. Pretty disappointed to be honest, not really their fault though so I'm not holding it against them or docking stars for it.

Got what I was looking and they having a sale on what I was looking for. Automotive parts magnets. Normally they are $3.99 I got what I needed for $1.88. 15.96 - $8.44 so about a $7.00 saving. Nice!👍🏾

These guys saved the day being the only Harbor Freight to carry a drywall lift . The person that took my phone call went out of his way to make sure I didn't waste a day going to stores that showed one in inventory (display model they won't sell you!!!) Actually looked and found 3 of ten apparently in the nation of Harbor Freight stores. Thanks for giving great customer service and saving me from injury trying to do ceilings without a lift.

I drive 50 miles to get here and is the only place I will buy my tools! As well I must advocate for their
"Inside Tracker Club" and their "Extended Warranty" can't be beat anywhere.
I own my own business and especially being a small business every penny can make a difference and this tool place is hands down the only place to buy well made and affordable investment for tools you'll find anywhere. On top of all that the workers are great, helpful and care about satisfied customers and help you find what you came for and help load it too! Definitely can't go wrong with "Harbor Freight Tools".

A great place to hit if you are looking for affordable tools. The tools there run from dirt cheap to a bit more expensive. They rate their tools from fair to best, and it's like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. So always keep that in mind while shopping here but even so they have an amazing selection from extend grabbers to heavy equipment for construction.

The store is neatly and organized. You can find some of the best bargains and specials on sale. Their sidewalk sale is a must to pick up a few items you may need for the season. The employees are pretty helpful.

Always great tools. Crazy low prices. Bought a fuel pressure kit for 90$ identical to the tool truck equivalent 430$ no brainer. Ive bought tool boxes, socket sets, wrench sets, pullers... you name it!
