I arrived for my 4p appt at 241p. I parked on side and checked in with guards that were super nice. I was told I would get a call closer to appt time. I received a call to come to guard gate at 330p. I was provided with instructions to my door and receiving office.

I checked in with receiving. I was then told to take my paperwork to lumper office. I was advised to wait for text to pay lumper and the wait for green light to come for bills. They began unloading me at 425p. I received Capstone pay request at 537p. Now waiting for gree light. My light turned green at and I had bills in hand by 602p. Not bad at all.

I really enjoy the employees, from the moment I get to the property, the guard shack staff is friendly, smiling, whuch dies not happen at most places. The ladies in receiving are friendly and thoughtful, the lumper staff is friendly, and tonight i met their locksmith, great guy! Good people! If I lived closer I'd work for McLane!

Very pleased with the unloading experience here at McLane Danville. Phone check in, then walk your BOLs to the guard shack. The guards were very pleasant and easy to deal with. Got assigned a door right away and then the lady in receiving was really nice, too. Capstone unloaded 8 pallets here off our truck and did a fast job of it. We arrived at 4:20 pm for a 6:00 appointment and were driving out the gate at 6:30. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional. Would deliver here again anytime.

I think this is one of the best location for the delivery very friendly people you can park in the street you can walk for a check in cafeteria nice and clean you can find everything for you.... I'm not sure how long you can stay for a delivery to unload but very friendly people...

Deliver today 01/15/2024 appt 5pm checked in @4pm at security got door rightway and out vy 6:30 pm. I read all bad reviews for this McLane distribution but it's gone opposite for me. Dry van load

So far top notch! I called when I was 2 hours out. And checked in. I was called while I was 40 miles from gate. To come up with bills. I said I would as soon as I arrived. He said fine! I got to gate and was given a door right then and I’m backed in and waiting!! My appointment was at 1800. We will see when they finish me!!

Came here expecting the worst based on other reviews but MY experience was nothing short of five star! Arrived at 2000 with a 2100 appointment. Immediately given door, paperwork in hand and out the door at 2140!

Could be I got lucky and they just really needed the product on this trailer, but either way, MY experience was five star :) excellent drop!

Treat with respect, smile and you get the same. Checked in 9:45p for 11p appt docked at 10 out by 11p. Capstone facility.

It's all right If you're here early, please park behind all the other trucks and walk to the guard shack for check in

18:00 appointment, given a door at 18:15, out the gate at 19:45. This is a lumper facility and my load was a straight pull but everybody was polite and receiving pretty on par. Consider what you’re taking in when looking at all the negative reviews. Obviously gonna take a while if you have 40,000lbs containing 80 products on 22 pallets. All has to be broke down. Overall good experience personally.

Good service for me, clean restroom available, My appointment 9:30 pm check in and gave me dock 8:46pm i am done 9:43 pm receiving dock at P1 go inside and submit BOL to them. they sarted unloading me immediately after give BOL to them.lumper require. i paid $145 for nestle water which picked up from Greenwood. no night parking i ask but you can try may be not disturb to you guys or allowed to stay. i give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars.

Provided parking 2 hours before check in, also got a dock 90 minutes before appointment.
Lumper is silly, $120 for one product 3 pallets. 15 minutes of work.
Was out of there before appointment.

I read all the reviews and thought I was gong to be there all night with my delivery. I showed up at 1800 for a 1900 delivery appointment. Checked in at the guard shack, assigned and backed into a door, took paperwork to receiving and was unloaded and had my paperwork and checked out at the guard shack at 1915.

I worked inside this facility for another company under contract. There's a lot of work if want. You're welcome to work overtime all you desire. Like all people in the world, there are some who are extremely hard working, generous and wonderful to have as friends. Of course, there are also some lazy S.O.B.s who will test your resolve. I can only speak from an employee perspective but found most people there quite friendly and willing to help. Although not perfect in any way, they deserve a 5-star rating.

Everyone from Security (Adrian), to receiving to capstone unloaded where very professional.
My appt was at 845pm, they took me in at 445 and out the door, unloaded and papers in hand by 650pm

Very polite group of people, in and out in 2 hours. Had my doubts because of reviews, but all in all very impressed.

Not bad ,Appt for 4.00pm check in 3:30pm 6:15 pm paperwork in hand. Frendly and helpful woman in secure guard and check in also .Reffer load !

They were very busy but I was in and out in 4 hours. That's great timing when you're hauling reefer. Everyone was polite and professional. Was able to catch up on paperwork.
