It was an amazing experience. Although I walked up to the counter too soon and I was chewed out. I had no idea about the rules. Absolutely no one explains the rules. So don't walk up to the counter unless they call you up.

Every time we go to Sunnyside they take the up most attention to my husbands needs. We use the herbal remedies for pain relief after a fusion back surgery. They help with different strands of the best product used for the pain he has. Always compassionate from the time he walks in to the time he walks out. We love this place! I thank you for the love! Good dispensary, GREAT employees. We are always greeted with a friendly welcome. Robert goes above and beyond to be helpful and has made all the difference in our shopping experiences.

Was a clean organized facility. They got through a large amount of people in a reasonable time. Beth kills it. She probably did 3 costumers to others one. Everyone was doing a good job though and product was great.

Excellent speedy service at lunchtime a very busy time of day. Even with a large crowd everything flowed like a fine tuned assembly line. Appreciate yall! My Man Jon C hooked it up!

Still a great staff and very thankful for the easy process

My niece told me about Sunnyside Dispensary and while we were in Danville we decided to check it out. We went to the one on Lynch Spur Road. It is a very nice new building and there's plenty of free lighted parking including disabled parking and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. Be advised that there is only one entrance to the lobby and there is only one entrance to the Dispensary from the lobby and there is only one exit to the parking lot and it is in the Dispensary itself. When you go in you are in a lobby entry room. At the counter an associate will ask for your ID and check you in to their system and give you a numbered pass for entry to the actual dispensary. When you enter the dispensary there are associates that will answer any questions or concerns you may have and they will take your order and enter it in their system and give you an order number slip. There is a line to enter for the cashier's where you will pay and pick up your order which will be ready for you when you get to the cashier's counter and there are several cashier's for checkout. All of the associates are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable to assist you with your needs. The dispensary is very secure and clean and well organized. Be sure and ask about any possible discounts that you may qualify for. And if you are going to be a regular customer here then be sure and join the Sunnyside Rewards program which is free to earn points and discounts and heads-up on deals and sales and other rewards available. When you are finished shopping there is only one exit and it is in the Dispensary itself and there is no entrance to go back into the lobby from the Dispensary. We loved the Dispensary and we'll be regular customers now and we also joined the rewards program. Great store and shopping experience and I recommend them for your Dispensary shopping needs and I'm sure that you will not be disappointed. Be sure and check them out.

Nice staff. Jon D. Is the best though 🤙 Good variety, fair pricess, and Speedy checkout as long as you go throughout the week. If you show up friday thru sunday, be prepare to wait in line for an hour. That's when everybody and their brother will be there.

I love this place. The product is beautiful, the accessories are amazing, and the staff tries their best every day to make sure everyone is taken care of!

I shopped for the first time with Sunnyside in Danville for the first time and had a 10 out of 10 experience I mean a 10 out of ten I recommend experience I the staff was top of the line customer service and friendly Shelby was the team member who helped me with my decision on what product to buy because I'm a very indecisive person and didnt know all the different types of products and deals they offer she made me feel very welcome for first time shopping there thank you guys for this experience

Great dispensary. The employees genuinely love working at their job, which for me, makes me love to come back. The whole vibe is welcoming and awesome.

When I arrived midday on December 14th the line was really long. A few customers were upset and difficult to deal with. Michelle and Amy at the front were amazing. Especially, Michelle. She had a wonderful attitude, worked non-stop, gave the same instructions multiple times to people that weren't listening, and did it all without showing any of her justifiable frustration from bad customers. Masterclass of customer service Michelle. Thank you.
