I dealt with Michelle and had a terrific experience here. The car was just as described on the net and there were no surprises when I got there after driving an hour to see it. So friendly and they made it so easy.

I was in a bad situation and had a car that suddenly quit on me. I went to a ton of different dealerships but I don’t have much credit history so they all quoted me a ridiculous rate even for something used and very worn down. Dollins Automotive and the team there helped me out, no problem, and I was able to replace my car with something I could actually afford that wouldn’t quit on me!

I’m almost done paying it off and I can’t say enough good things about Nick and Megan - I went through a career change that put me in an extremely tough financial spot, and as long as I communicated with them about when I could pay, they were true customer service professionals.
