Tanga Beach Resort

I was reluctant at first after seeing some negative reviews, but after arriving I saw that the hotel had been renovated and is quite modern looking now and very good service.. I think most negative reviews were from last year before major renovations and upgrades of the whole hotel.. impressed by the room cleanliness and size, quite value for money.. The only reason I rated 4 stars for location is because of no beach access, but the view is amazing, and the garden is also well maintained. The food is quite good as well, and for the price the portions are quite generous. I would recommend to stay here when in Tanga whether for business or pleasure..

Rooms are spacious, and breakfast was perfect. Unfortunately couldn't try swimming pool and other amenities due to short time but will definitely come back

Went there for dinner during a business trip. This was easily one of the highlights of my stay in Tanga. Great food, great service and an even better environment. I'd highly recommend anyone visiting Tanga to give this one a try. The menu offers great choices and you won't be disappointed.

Very nice place a hotel with five star ✨, good car parking with high security, nice room, nice hall for meeting, good swimming pools for children with different aged group, but also swimming pooling for adults.Good view for taking pictures. Very comfortable place.
The entrance fees is 10,000/=Tsh for adults and 8000/=Tsh for children that include swimming pool.
There's different kind of food and drinks, very clean environment.
Conclusion it's very good place, comfortable place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tanga resort, the food was excellent, kids entertainment was on point, service was perfect and all that at affordable price considering they no competition in Tanga town .

Lovely pool & friendly attentive staff. Plenty of food & drink available. Clean pool & grounds.
They also have massage available.

It is a very good place, it is very quite and the service are good. I recommend this place if you need a quiet place to rest and relax

I am addicted to Swimming, Presence of a Swimming pool makes a perfect place for me to spend my evening. The staffs are unbelieveable, they only need 5 seconds to make you feel part of their family (I loved it).

Lovely , we stayed for drinks. The area is clean, good customer care service

Our family has been living here for 2 months. We have chose a suit of 2 rooms in an old part of the hotel. The rooms and bathroom are very spacious and have windows in wall height. So we could see a sunrise in the ocean every day right from our bed. Plus there was an open terrace with chairs and coffee table. The territory of the inner yard is green and well maintained. It is used for different local holidays, weddings and anniversaries. So, it is used to hear loud music untill 22.00 on weekends. The hotel manager had found for us a solution to spend the night in more quiet rooms during such performance. There is a large swimming pool and a gym with a professional trainer.
