Villa Bahati Zanzibar

We had a fantastic 5 night stay at Villa Bahati in July 23 - 2 adults and kids aged 7 and 4. The location is great, right on Jambiani’s lovely and peaceful beach. Our room (Cardomom Suite) was spacious, clean and nicely decorated, and the hotel has a nice little pool. But the real stars were: the great food - a short menu, but everything we had (mostly fresh fish and curries) was great; and in particular the super-friendly staff - the whole team was great. A very peaceful and relaxing place to be.

If there is one word I would use to describe villa Bahati, then this would be it. Soft sands along a pristine beach view , good food and great types of accommodation, all give the place a feel of its own. Even the very architecture evokes this, with its lush atriums, peaceful walking paths and colourful ambiance. Its name is well earned, as anyone is truly "fortunate" to be there.

As a regular traveller to Zanzibar I know a lot of hotels though Villa Bahati for me is outstanding: It’s a luxury barefoot kind of place, located first row at the beach, excellent breakfast with fresh fruits & juice, rooms decorated with style and very clean, super friendly staff team, a nice pool and a wonderful yoga kibanda right at the beach. Would definitely come back 😃

Nice spacious and clean rooms in a pretty beautiful beachside hotel.
Delicious food and a really cool beach bar witch welcomes you to drink one ore two on the beach. Friendly hospitable people - hakuna matata!
Direkt access to the beautiful beach, enough sun loungers and sun umbrellas for beachtime and the finest sand i ever felt;)

Amazing place ever

Wir waren im August 22 eine Woche in der Villa Bahati – eine absolut traumhafte Urlaubswoche! Das Haus ist an sich schon an einem der schönsten Strände der Insel gelegen, innerhalb dieses Strandes aber auch noch mal am schönsten Abschnitt. Feiner weißer Sandstrand so weit das Auge reicht, ideal für lange Spaziergänge am Strand entlang oder bis zum Riff hinaus.
Auch im Hotel selbst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist eine wunderschöne, sehr individuelle, heimelige Anlage mit familiärem Charakter. Jedes Zimmer ist einzigartig und liebevoll eingerichtet, der Garten mit Pool bietet schöne Plätze zum Entspannen, Sonnen, Spielen, Genießen…. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam zu jedem einzelnen Gast und unterstützt auch bei Ausflügen, Planungen etc.
Wir haben diese Urlaubswoche wirklich sehr genossen und können die Villa Bahati jedem, der abseits der Massen einen entspannten Aufenthalt auf Sansibar genießen will, nur empfehlen!

Ich war dieses Jahr zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Bahati und wir fühlten uns wie immer total wohl. Die Gastgeberin und ihre Mitarbeiter waren sehr um unser Wohl bemüht, sie sind sehr familienfreundlich und sie schaffen eine angenehme familiäre Atmosphäre.
Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder! Bis bald.
PS: Wir vermissen das gute Frühstück!

Ein rundum Wohlfühlort, der alles bietet: Entspannung, nette Gespräche, liebevoll gestaltete Räume und Garten, sehr freundliche und umsichtige Gastgeber, feines Essen, köstliche Smoothies und Drinks an der Beach Bar und sollte es Yoga oder Achtsamkeitstraining sein - das ist der Platz dafür!

erwartungslos aus Österreich angereist, um in den schwierigen Zeiten während Corona ein wenig Energie zu tanken, haben sich all meine Träume erfüllt als ich in der Bahati Villa angekommen bin. Im kleine Paradies „Bahati“ wo ich wärmstens empfangen wurde und ich eine unglaubliche schöne zeit verbringen durfte.
Danke das wir da sein durften und diese unglaublicher Spirit mitnehmen könne.

v tejto zlej dobe bolo fajn niekam vycestovať a oddýchnuť si a nabrať troška novej energie ;-) od 13.2.-21.2. 2021, škoda ,že len tak krátko ale aj to stalo za to ;-) Tento hotel môžem odporúčať všetkým ,ktorý hľadajú pokojné a kľudné miestečko na oddych .V tomto rodinnom hoteli pod vedením majiteľov Daniela,Marušky a Marka sme sa cítili veľmi príjemne a boli sme nad mieru spokojní . Raňajky boli chutné pripravené miestnym kuchárom ,ktorý pripravoval aj skvelú večeru za prijateľné ceny ,,,príjemné posedenie večer na terase a nasávanie morského vzduchu .Hotel je strážený takže nemusíte mať strach o svoje veci . Majitelia vždy boli ochotní poradiť .. či už s nejakými tipmi ,alebo zabezpečením zaujímavého výletiku ,alebo zarezervovaním taxíka . prechádzky po nádhernej pláži majú svoje čaro ,aj návšteva hl. mesta a miestných trhoch sa nám páčila . Ak sa niekedy budem mať možnosť vrátiť na chvíľku na zanzibar určite si vyberiem tento malý a útulný hotel <3
