Can buy ferry tickets or bike rides here. Friendly staff working here. Independent vendors but they help out each other’s customers. Ferry rides offer scenic view and easy transport mode to various locations around the lake. Prices are reasonable too.

Our hotel is located in Ita Thao near the visitor center. The park near the port is really nice and clean. The whole place is peaceful.

The Ita Thao village has its own history and does only have about 1000 people left in the tribe. They are famous for the aboriginal culture which one can admire upon paying a visit to this very small town. There is also a cable car ride that takes you to the aboriginal village which is a place to study and enjoy how it got this name. Take a boat ride from Shuishe pier and also enjoy the breathtaking views of the nature, with the mountains that surrounds the lake itself and the majestic wenwu temple and a cool walk on the pier.

This place is not only for lake cruising ferries, but also packed with lots of food shops and some accommodation options. The view of the lake here is also very nice.
