Play Hotel

We had the most wonderful and luxurious stay here with visiting family. Service is top notch and every morning you are welcomed with a beautiful morning breakfast. They even have a special plate for little kids. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed their common areas to hang out. Kids loved watching a movie and racing cars. If you come to Waiao beach and can splurge a little, this is worth the experience. We go to Yilan and Waiao often and this was the best accommodations, I think it’s the best place to stay on this stretch of the beach! You won’t be disappointed.

This is the most luxury hotel that i have ever stayed. The room is big and clean and we can control everything remotely.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is very tasty.
Worth for the price. Will definitely come back again

We decided to do an overnight stay in Yilan at the last minute. Luckily, it was on a Thursday so there were still rooms available. We booked 2 rooms upstairs and found the entire stay to be very enjoyable. Upon entry, the entire lobby area and kitchen is huge so make you feel like you are at home.

Even though the name has the word “hotel”, the atmosphere feels more like a bed and breakfast. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful in making sure we have everything we need! We checked in pretty late and were hungry. She even offered to take us to the nearest seafood restaurant for take out where we enjoyed a lavish meal at the kitchen area back at the hotel.

Depending on which side of the rooms upstairs you stay in, you can get a great ocean view during the day. There are also many windows so the view is fabulous. You can also set the mood of the room by using presets which control the window curtains and lighting from just a touch of a button on the iPad control!

As a bonus, we were able to use the amenities downstairs since the 2 rooms there were not booked for that day. That included an entertainment system where you can kickback with Netflix, Disney Plus and other streaming services using a massive projection screen, cushy sofas to rest on, and PS4 Gran Turismo fitted racing wheel and seat. There is also a shared pool outside that is available for relaxation.

In the morning, the included breakfast seafood con-gee was also delicious. We wanted to take a boat ride in the afternoon and the staff helped arrange booking for that as well. Overall, this stay has been very pleasant and I would recommend this place for travelers looking to indulge and pamper themselves while in Yilan!

I wasn’t expecting much when we were in the car heading to a hotel in Yilan that I’ve never been to before. Maybe I thought it was just a normal hotel, but I was wrong. “We are here, Play Hotel,” Mom said. I slowly walked in, it was huge! I could feel my excitement. Just a day in the Play hotel made me realize that if you're looking for a hotel in Yilan then I think Play Hotel is one of your best choices. The Play Hotel does not look cool if you are outside, but when you go inside it is a miracle. To spend your money on going to the Play Hotel is more than worth it. Play Hotel is such a great place for people who want a comfortable vacation, and one of the reasons is that this villa is of super high quality. The crazy and exciting facilities in Play Hotel is also a reason why it is such a great place to visit if you are looking for a place to relax in Yilan. Something that is also spot on is their food and services, which are amazing. When you wake up in the morning you walk down the stairs to the first floor, and there are plates filled with food. It is more than worth it to visit Play Hotel when you have a chance!

隔音也很不錯 樓下在party樓上幾乎聽不太到

女生房有種很清新的木質香 很舒服 頂樓還有戶外泡湯區
沐浴用品是bvlgari 很貼心的地方是還有提供一般民宿不會準備的護髮素、洗面慕斯
讓想要臨時留住的朋友也可以自在留下

視聽區有賽車🏁 就在泳池旁邊而已
很適合當男友等候區😂

6月初因為公司會議，在這間飯店訂了三天兩夜包棟行程。住宿期間都非常愉快，除了每個房間都各有特色外，管家培根(Rachel)跟佳穎（希望沒寫錯字😂）非常專業的服務跟工作態度，讓我跟我同事們都覺得十分專業，真的要大大的給個讚👍。其中唯一有點小小的美中不足是另一位飯店同仁，在我們住宿期間，在工作時間晚上也跟著客人喝酒跟吃東西。當下覺得有點怪，但不知道飯店員工的政策，也就不方便說什麼。另外，她也不熟悉設施使用，如switch & play station，因此很可惜沒辦法用到這些設施。不管如何，非常感謝飯店以及管家培根跟佳穎🥰（她包禮物真的也很厲害），早餐也很好吃喔。

管家小姐都非常有禮貌.有笑容.服務態度非常非常的棒.是我住過所的民宿與飯店最優的。
晚餐的火鍋也非常棒新鮮美味.CP值很高.
也謝謝管家們親手幫女兒準備生日蛋糕.

管家的服務親切貼心，不同房間各有特色，自己喜歡房間有秋千，可以邊盪邊看海的古典房，讓人非常放鬆。
早餐讓我飽到下午，也非常美味，第一天的海鮮粥配小菜，海鮮粥鮮甜，小菜各具特色與風味，豆腐搭配魩仔魚醬汁令人驚豔，青菜更是鮮嫩多汁。第二天的早餐為了不讓我們吃到重覆的，準備的是一大盤的烤蔬菜盤、蔥油餅跟海鮮歐姆蛋與水果，真的是超美味又豐盛，簡直就是被民宿擔誤的高級早午餐網美店。

值得又大力推荐的完美民宿

真心感谢PLAY Hotel的所有管家们的热情招待，尤其是嘉颖和培根！来到这里仿佛有世外桃源般的感觉；房间主题都好特别也非常宽敞明亮舒适。在管家的细心安排和照料下我和我的伴侣都好舍不得离开。

芹仁特别室简直太完美啦！一起身就能从一面超大的窗口看见龟山岛，再加上各种优等的设备例如日式和风的休息间、露天浴缸、专属的阁楼等等。从设计风格到一切细节都无可挑剔。😍 还有在舰桥套房里的最大浴缸肯定能让正在旅游的我们放松心情和享受生活的乐趣。

和蔼可亲的管家们就像我们自己的家人，很好客也很能干；可以看得出她们工作的时候都乐在其中。谢谢你们让我们有宾至如归的感觉。:)
