在外面使用ATM補登存摺，但是被機器吃掉，局裏還有人員，當時是約下午5：03，從窗口見到裡面還有居民，在外稍等了一下，看到居民出來，匆忙見到鐵門拉起又放下，即刻請求協助，只見櫃檯人員冷冷一句“已經上鎖，明天再來”服務態度極差。

帶小朋友郵局但沒小朋友沒戴口罩叫小朋友在外面等不讓小朋友進出這個合理嗎？

九如郵局裡面的女性人員，她媽的囂張，跟客人大小聲非常不禮貌，幹，人家來寄貨，先拿單字在旁邊寫，寫好了還叫人家重新排隊很久，真的很無理，很白癡，服務態度極差
