I was in Pingtung for work and had a few hours before my train left. SugarBistro is in an renovated cultural enclave and is truly adorable. What's even better is the service and the kind Barista behind the counter. Not only did he completely go out of his way to help me, he gifted me a few small extras to taste the local flavor which included strawberries with palm sugar to dip them in (What?! Yes, please!) and a little sample of the ridiculously good cinnamon bread. I unfortunately did not get his name (my horrible bad) but I was there on 3/14/24 at around 12:00 P.M. for reference. I also tried their famous "golden palets bretons" which were excellent as well. I picked up a few for office coworkers and also bought some of the cinnamon bread to take home to Taipei. I really dig this place. Try it. :)

Tomyum sauce seafood pasta and chef's meal set taste yummy 🤤
Their Drinks also feels refreshing
Their dessert ( berries waffle and three flavor roll cake ) nice taste 👍👍

Old house transformed into a restaurant plus art gallery . The food here is very good . They even bake their own cakes and pastry . If you check in on Instagram or Facebook with their hashtags , they will give you free small food .
