裡面的櫃檯某位女性行政人員不方便透露其姓名，但是待人處事，還有協助民眾辦理相關之業務態度可以更親切委婉一些，不必一副高姿態高傲的語調讓人有點難以接受，人家必須什麼都知道都了解嗎？那如果是這樣何必需要妳這個行政業務人員職務呢？乾脆就設一致專門對外的窗口讓民眾自行辦理就好，也不用聽妳在那講一大堆規定，然後口氣態度又不是很友善搞得好像是我在相求你們給我使用，唉。
