Fuli Hot Spring Resort

The room facilities are well-maintained, and we were upgraded to a larger room with a spacious hot tub. There is also a large children's play area. However, the location is not very convenient for reaching attractions, which is a minor drawback due to the distance. Overall, it's quite good, offering high value for money.

We are at the Fuli Buffet restaurant. The selection was great. From Western food to local specialties. And the best part is when I told them we were celebrating a birthday, they made a special little cake and even found a candle for us. They were really nice and made us feel so welcome and special.

Fuli hotspirng resort was a great stay! They gave us a free upgrade. Room and bath areas were fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. The spring soak in room was wonderful.

The private onsen include access to the public pool and hot tub.
You will get a private room with a shower, two baths, and a toilet for 2 hours.
Overall the experience was very nice.

My family of 5 stayed for one night on May 17th.

1. Nice, large and clean
2. Bathroom highlights: have your own hot spring tub. I was good, but wish it is a bit bigger and also fill up faster. 6 minutes isn't bad, but not when you are waiting anxiously. It is also nice to switch between that and the big shower with the oversize shower head. I really felt my body coming back to life.

Service
Generally, the service is decent, the staff is nice. However, I liked to give special recognization to Melinda (I think she is a customer manager or lobby manager). She was the one processed us on the first day and was quite polite and courteous, and took her time to explain the various features/benefits. However, what stands out is on the last day, when I came back to retrieved our checked-in luggage (we were doing more sight seeing and decided to leave the luggage at the hotel); she noticed that there is rain and insisted on giving us a ride to the bus stop. I think that reflects very WELL when you treat your customers that way even after that they had checked out. I just want to give a shouts out to her! I would come back to this hotel just because of that.
The hotel breakfast is also surprisingly very good. There is a good mix of taiwanese dishes and the western dishes to choose from and a lot of varieties of drinks also.

Location
Location is not bad at all... It is close to the (5 minutes) bus stop when you can take a bus "ride" and stop along the various tourist sites.

I don't write reviews a lot and didn't really take pics for this... Wish I had.

It’s a promising spring hotel with legend around sun moon lake. I didn’t actually have too much expectation before traveling to here. However, the detail, warm and considerate staff impressed me starting from the moment of parking in the hotel, the nice service across each of staff from janitor, concierge to the customer service manger. The most impressive is one of the guest seems losing her utensils in dinning room, the manager made a sincere apologies not even for the missing but also for the impact of her mood with buying new one for her as immediate remedy.
It’s how and why I rate here as 5 star that the quality that I don’t even feel at other “5 star “ hotel. During this short trip, the 2 staff I met 葉經理 and 王世玫 are definitely delights my experience here. Highly recommended for whom enjoy service more than anything!

Wonderful room with an amazing hotspring spa in the room. Great place.

Room was very spacious for 4 of us. Nice to have a private hot spring in our bathroom. They also provide 4 water bottles, 3 juice bottles, jelly and Lotus Biscuits for our room snacks. Breakfast selection is awesome, one of the best we have seen during our Taiwan trip. Bus stop is also very close to the hotel. Definitely recommended hotel in Sun Moon Lake area.

Fabulous hotel in great location. Room was spacious and well furnished with comfortable furniture. Hot Spring spa was a treat and quality toiletries were complimentary. In room beverages and snacks also much appreciated.
Restaurant food quality and service was excellent. Breakfast buffet offered good choices too.

Lovely place. The hot springs are beautiful. Staff is extremely friendly, even the gardeners. Breakfast buffet was superb. Full western and Taiwanese style (bacon, ham, eggs scrambled or poached, hash browns, home fries, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, salad buffet, juices, milk, yogurt drink, tea, coffee) plus more. Large hot spring spa bath in room was amazing. Definitely will stay here again. Also has a gym, Wii room, kids play room, bakery with cakes etc, and massage facilities. Reception people could also speak English well.

Great private hot spring with a nice view!

Wonderful service. The accommodations were very comfortable. We were given complimentary welcome beverages and breakfast. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The check in staff speaks English. This is also within walking distance to lake.

When you step in, the device you'd get is like you are a VIP, like the president of America. Everyone is so friendly even the cleaners and that makes the entire surroundings so meet and jolly. I like how extensive the buffet is compared to the other hotels in the region. Even boat a game room which very few people know about and has Wii, table tennis and foosball. Breakfast is like a kind breakfast. Rooms are good and toilet was cleaned proper

Upscale higher end hotel in sun moon lake area. It has all the amenities including a pool, spa and buffet restaurant. It's also right next to the ferry boarding area. You don't have to stay at the hotel to use the spa or restaurant and they have package coupons online for it. It's a great way to spend an evening especially due to the lack of things to do at night here.

The buffet was really good! Selection of sushi, vegetarian, different cuts of meat, loads of bread and a good dessert area with ice cream! They also have beer on tap 😂 it's a little pricey but definitely worth it 👌

My fiance and I had a lovely stay here. We had a nice hot springs tub in our room as well as a large shower. The room was stocked with all the necessities and more. They supplied water, tea, coffee, juice, a couple nice treats, a bathroom kit including a razor, toothbrush, lotion, etc. We were kept cozy and comfortable with the robes and slippers available. We enjoyed a soak in the hot spring tubs and swimming pool which was clean and we'll maintained. There is a game room which has Wii, a pool table, foosball, and more. They also have a game library which you can rent for an hour and then return. They also had automatic bicycles available to rent which is perfect for a ride around the lake. We had an amazing stay. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. The outdoor jacuzzi is a nice plus. The hotel is a minute's walk to the town center, with the lake and all the restaurants. Overall great value for money: I definitely recommend it.

Best hot spring hotel at sun moon lake for value. Very few parking space, so try to check in early. Excellent kids facilities and awesome sun moon lake. Highly well valued family hotel. Definitely on my regular hotel list whenever I am at Sun moon lake.

Too many Hotels to choose from prices varies depends on your budget.There's a backpacker price starting to Nt1,200 to 5 star hotels .We stayed in FULI HOT SPRING RESORT NT10,000/NIGHT.
FREE dinner and breakfast.SPACIOUS room 2 double beds,extra medium size sofa with center table.Bathroom are huge and lastly the highlights .We had our own hot spring inside our room.

Food was very Fabolous, this property affears to be quiet attracting for those who love staying in hotel. Soo great and all staff here, are so nice and approachable, the room is big and clean,.hope I can comeback here again soon....
