Taiwan Niu Beef Noodle Restaurant

it's awesome place serving beef noodles made from local beef
and as I understand Ang Lee Oscar winning director had beef noodles here.
my Lithuanian guests on my private Taiwan Tours liked all very much and it's very convenient on the way back from Kenting.

Really delicious food and very nice staff!
We had great noodles, chicken, cucumber salad, and lemonade. We would happily come back and recommend to all our friends!

Great beef noodle soup and lemonade, definitely would go back

Delicious Taiwan Buffalo Beef noodles. Air-conditioned restaurant. (Hence, a little pricier, but its worth it!) Try some of their side dishes 小吃. My favourite was their bamboo shoots. Goes well with the clear soup noodle if you are not into spicy food.

Best Beef noodle place in the Kenting area.. Im not a fan of the noodles itself that is why I order only soup with the beef.. I pair it with their fried rice topped with beef strips which is also excellent.. the lemon juice is a bit sweet but is a good cleanser for the palate after the richness of the beef soup..

GREAT PLACE FOR FOREIGNERS. the mango slushy is very expensive tho

Firstly I thought its expensive by its ambience.. Then when I checked in the menu, its really worth and stomach filling 🤩🤩

牛肉麵超強，肉很軟嫩，湯頭很鮮甜，小菜 滷味很讚，好吃，值得推薦

今天來點店家最貴的滿漢大餐牛肉麵
牛肉麵火候掌握的不錯
牛筋不會過於軟爛
肉質也Q彈
沒有對不起它的價錢
最愛的是它的台式泡菜
酸辣度掌握的不錯
綜合滷味偏貴 份量也還可以
直接拿托盤跟店員點餐
速度蠻快的
建議點餐前先去找在座位
免得還得再去確認✅
整體來說是不錯的

不是飯點時間到店內用餐，有位爺爺坐在座位上關注客人的需求加以講解。
牛肉麵湯頭表層看似油但這美味濃郁的來源，不要太抗拒才能好好享受食物，滷味一般.泡菜用來清口解膩。
衛生間有增設尿布台，店家很用心。
吃飽後到店後走走有個小公園，遇到了這隻可愛又熱情的小貓。

前往墾丁之路也都會路過想進來品嚐的美食之一~可惜的是沒有真空包裝可以現帶~都要先預訂才有囉~牛肉麵真的是百吃不膩🥰

好停車 店內舒適 牛肉麵也好吃，醬油偏重口味

第一次去墾丁玩路過台灣牛四學士姐妹店，很好奇的來看看與試吃，可能我是北部來的人也是從事服務業，但我也是很龜毛的人，整體上還是給五顆星，出外玩這也是郊區地段 你會想要有多好的環境和美食、價位便宜！？吃路邊攤不是更快。這店家還是有一定的水準，能讓人好奇停下腳步吃一下還是有吸引力。
本人點的餐如下：番茄牛肉麵，美人筍，海帶，牛筋牛肚小份一盤，青木瓜絲一份。湯頭入味不錯，牛筋和牛肚不會太乾太硬，青木瓜絲 清爽、木瓜絲硬度酸度剛剛好、但配料與份量不多，海帶ok。
這餐整體上總價位有如上餐廳或海產快炒店吃飯價位一樣。基本上吃牛肉和海產類系列美食哪個是便宜的？大家自己可想想看。看完內容認同的朋友請按讚。❤謝謝支持。
