Unbelievably good Peruvian food, definitely one of the best restaurants in Kenting and the culinary highlight of our trip. 10/10 and absolutely unexpected!

We came here completely by chance because the restaurant we wanted to visit was closed — and I could not be happier about it!!!

From the outside you might think this is a souvenir shop of some kind, but on the inside David, the owner and chef from Peru, will welcome and invite you to try his freshly prepared South American food.

We had the Lomo Saltado with tender beef, the special pork ribs and a very rich shrimp soup, everything was absolutely amazing. Even the drinks were top notch.

Absolutely delicious Peruvian Cusine. The boss is really cheerful and has a South American warmth.The soup and the bread were really good. The pork ribs are really tender and juicy. Ceviche tastes amazing with the perfect amount of lemon. The Lomo Saltado has a very rich flavor. We also ordered a cup of tea recommended by the boss, a Pisco Sour, a camomile tea, and a Lemonade with Mint and Honey. An absolute wonderful experience with Peruvian food. Hope to be back soon.

Came across this place randomly being in the area for vacation. I didn't have high expectations but was pleasantly surprised. I used to have Peruvian cuisine quite often when I lived in California and the lomo saltado I had here at TUMI HOUSE was absolutely top notch. The ambiance and interior decor creates a unique experience harmonious with the delicious food. I will definitely be returning to try other items on the menu and to chat with the wonderful people that operate this establishment. Thank you!

Amazing experience. The food is delicious, the place is unique, the cats are adorable and David is a wonderful host. He even drove us back to our guest house at the end of the night. We will be back!

I really enjoyed my visit in Tumi House. The shop owner David is so talented in design and cooking. He designs all the beautiful accessories by himself and he is a great chef as well. We love his homemade Peruvian food so much! David is a super warm person and made me feel like I was travelling in Peru! Will definitely come back when I visit Heng Chun again.

Perfect Peruvian cuisine! Must tried in Hungchen!

Very nice dining experience. The food is awesome and the owners are friendly. We tried two main course which comes with salad, soup, bread and a drink. It was all good. Lastly, we had two deserts which was perfect. Will definitely come back again.

This place has a special vibe that calls you back. Such an amazing ambience, lovely hosts, and great food. The prawns with the special sauce, that's something to die for. Also the special drink from Peru, to wash it all off. Must visit when you are around.

如果你很喜歡或是想了解秘魯的文化飲食，恭喜你來對地方了，你將和老闆非常聊得來！如果是想嘗試秘魯料理的人也非常歡迎，你將體驗到不一樣的異國美食。

老闆原本在墾丁大街上有開首飾皮革的藝品店，只是後來搬到這邊來，老闆還沒有離開台灣喔！因為現在的店面離鬧區遠了一點，希望大家還是能去支持老闆！附近停車也很方便！

今天和一位很喜歡秘魯文化的朋友到老闆的餐廳用餐，我們總共點了三份餐，分別如下，整體來說都在水準之上：
1. 嫩雞佐David特製醬：嫩雞佐David特製醬雞肉有先微微煎炸過再搭配老闆（David)的特製醬汁，吃起來很口感滑順也不會很膩或很鹹。
2. 豬肋排：豬肋排也烹飪的很嫩不會很柴也沒有豬的腥臊味，其中搭配的烤馬鈴薯以及節瓜還有玉米筍搭配著醬汁以及烤肉的肉汁真的很讚！還有搭配的豆子口感也很滑順，調味的也很好！
3. 秘魯家鄉料理ceviche：最驚豔的就是這道料理了，大推這道菜！！！ceviche 中文是檸檬醃生魚，老闆調製的檸檬醬汁酸的恰到好處，搭配著口感緊實的醃生魚，完全沒有魚腥味。魚肉都是老闆特別挑過的！另外搭配地瓜和兩種玉米，一種是糯玉米，一種是inca corn，醃生魚搭配這兩種玉米還有洋蔥以及酸酸的檸檬汁超級搭！地瓜是可以轉換酸的滋味。如果有想點這道菜的人，最好提早跟老闆電話預約以免撲空。
4. 餐前的濃湯：今天是南瓜濃湯，味道很濃郁，加上一點香料的調味，是很棒的前湯！
飲料的話：
1. 花果茶：莓果洛神的感覺，很起來酸酸甜甜的很舒服！
2. 秘魯雞尾酒Pisco sour：酸酸的調酒好喝！

因為跟老闆聊得很來，老闆還有招待一道他的私房料理叫做babala ……（名字太長沒有記住）是一道馬鈴薯沙拉搭配老闆的特製醬汁，微微的辣不會辣到很不舒服，是很舒服的辣。另外吃完ceviche老闆還幫我們把剩下的檸檬醬汁做成leche de tigre (老虎的奶汁），一口shot 掉也是很讚！

最後，老闆說如果大家有機會去品嚐秘魯料理時，也可以看看老闆的創作！因為老闆本身主業還是藝術家，料理是希望分享給更多台灣朋友試試看！最後的最後，餐廳還有兩隻不怕人的可愛貓咪！！！
