Eight Trigram Mountains Buddha Landscape

The areas was quite crowded when we went there. The view was stunning. A good place for a walk and rest at the same time. You can buy different stuffs and food in the area.

One of scenic place when you visit Changhua. Beautiful view of skyline. Clear view after rainy days. Will visit again soon since the great Buddha statue is under renovation.

Easy to reach from changhua town or from stain station. There is a short track from the bottom to the main area, lovely atmosphere surrounded from trees and small bushes. Once you get the main area you can obviously see the giant Buddha and the worship or have an overlook of the city, I've been here in the early morning with not many people around and it was so peaceful and relaxing but would be an amazing spot for the sunset. There are toilet, some shop for souvenir and food stalls if you need to eat or just want a fresh drink!!

Must visit spot in Changhua. There is a 3 story temple behind it where you can enjoy different view from the balconies, and also a small pretty garden with koi fishes further behind it, between two towers.

Great spot to do a simple mountain hike up the hill 👍 upon reaching the top you will be welcomed by the unblocked view of the entire Changhua city. And if you’re lucky, during a clear sky, you will be able to see as far as Lugang and Taichung.

NIVE VIEW IN CHANGHUA CITY. IF YPU VISIT CHANGHUA, YOU SHOULD VISIT THIS PLACE. TAKE YOUBIKE IN TRAIN STATION AND RIDE IT TO THIS PLACE. Remember to leave your bike at the public library below. Then walk up the stairs. DEFINITELY go here around 4~8pm. Its Cheaper than take a taxi.

Beautiful clear view of the city ChangHwa. It's free too. Plenty of walking. Some parts are wheelchair friendly. If you're ready to push up the hills and all.
Otherwise, there's stairs to get to main things, so not exactly wheelchair friendly there.

The main parts are pretty touristy. There's a little pond to feed carps. The big Buddha is pretty big ahaha.

If you're willing to go off the tourist spots, you might stumble along a run down but still interesting to experience "18 levels of hell" theme park. Not exactly a park. It's just two levels of robotic humanoids acting out famous folklores of Taiwan. It was pretty cheap. $50NTD per person. Not very touristy so we were the only people there.

Peaceful and quiet place within the hussle and bustle of city life. Nice view from up the mountain.

Definitely a must visit place. Nice and serene environment. Excellent place for meditation.

Location is very easy to detect, from the highway. Best time to go here 4pm onwards. Here are more sightseeing. Place was good.

Relaxing and great spot for photos

I am from Changhua. Here was my favorite attraction in my childhood.I liked feeding carp and walked around there.Also, I usually climbed mountain with my family. There were many vendors under Great Buddha. After climbing mountain, I always bought grilled squid and ice cream and enjoyed view of Changhua. It was the happiest moment. Recent years, the government build the Skywalk. It make me easier see landscape of Bagua Mountain. Besides, whenever festival approaches, there will be decorated by LED. It's very beautiful. I am proud to be from Changhua. Although there aren't department stores, there are many beautiful places to visit!
