Eski Ulu Camii

The very first place I visited in Edirne was Eski Mosque and of course it's very special and writings in its walls were very beautiful 😍.

Very beautiful mosque and very historical as well, it serves the city since 1414, the interior design is very beautiful and very spacious, it’s filled with men and women alike who come to gather and spend a nice time there, i really enjoyed my visit and i highly recommend visiting it.

Several things special about this mosque - including a stone from Kaba and Turkish creation of calligraphy on top of Arabic - inspired to learn Arabic here!

It's really nice and one of the oldest mosque. Around there are nice coffee places and small restaurants. Just couple hundreds metres walk, you can eat one of the best restaurants for eat liver which is famous in Edirne

It's located on the heart of the city. Also it has an amazing building. I suggest you guys, if you'll visit Edirne, don't go without pictures inside of this mosque. Also Selimiye too.

This mosque has authentic ambient inside itself which you must see. The old wall-writings are unbelievably impressive when you get close and stare carefully.

Beautiful mosque with gorgeous colors and calligraphy. Also mosque is famous because of part of the black stone from Mascidul Haram in Mecca.
