NG Phaselis Bay

We are just about to head home after an amazing family break at NG Phaselis Bay.
From start to finish the experience has been outstanding. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, immaculately kept and in the most amazing setting right next to the mountains.
There is a fabulous choice of restaurants and bars, with delicious food and excellent cocktails (which we especially enjoyed!).
Across the whole complex the standard is extremely high as is the service from all the wonderful staff. A big thank you to all of them for looking after us so well.
100% recommend this hotel, we will be back! ☺

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and it was a truly pleasant experience. This place is a great choice for families, as it offers a wide range of activities for kids to enjoy. The room service was excellent, and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.

One thing that stood out was the abundance of food options – almost too many to choose from! The only downside was the beach, which wasn't very friendly for even adults due to its rocky terrain. However, there was a small portion with sandy areas.

Despite this, our overall experience was positive, and the breathtaking view from the hotel made up for any shortcomings. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a family vacation in Turkey.

Really remarkable combination of great nature and sea, nice building and Turkish hospitality.
The food is also quite good although I believe they can do even better- it’s Türkiye after all. The spa is on the level of everything else - very good.
I hope to return here someday.
Probably during the summer time it is full of Russians as all signs are some of the staff is Russian.

The food here was very wonderful, especially the deserts, and after eating so much you can relax and feel more energetic by attending the sport activities. The beach here is beautiful and everyone is so helpful and nice especially Mery who works in the gaming room where she helped my little cousin with his video game. After an eventful day you can relax even more by attending the night activity and listen to some amazing singers and dance performers. All around this is a lovely place where you can be completely relaxed and entertained all day.

Everything was perfect. the view was breathtaking, the facilities, food, very clean and modern room. I celebrated my birthday at NG . The did everything to make my day!. Free dinner at A la cart, free room upgrade, free room decoration. Thank you so much to Oksana and the rest of the team. I will definitely come back to this paradise again !

- to get to our room from the beach we had to use 3 elevators which can be inconvenient, especially with a small child in a trolly
- the photographers who are offering to take your pictures, were very obnoxious, they even came to me while I was sunbathing and lying with my face down. They were coming up every single day

I spent one week in NG in September and I will definietely be back next year. The hotel is surrounded by the sea and the mountains. I loved the food, service and the quality of the rooms - spacious, very clean. The hotel is perfect for guests with children, they can spend all day entertained in a wonderful Beluga kids club.

We would like to thank the room cleaning team in the vicinity of room 2716. The representative (unfortunately, we couldn't note down the name) went above and beyond during the daily cleaning service, leaving the room in impeccable condition every time!

The quality of the offered courses and the level of service at the Scallops Snack Cafe, Main Restaurant, and Chef Steak Ala-carte were wonderful!

The beach area and hotel grounds are clean and well-maintained. Service at the beach area was also great, as the team ensured that guests had everything they needed. We would like to thank Hasan in the Aqua/Cabanas beach area and entire team around the separate beach area on the other side of the mountain.

The entertainment program is quite diverse, with back-to-back sports classes, workshops, afternoon live bands, evening performances, and night parties. Special thanks to Meri and DJ Emre!

the service is wonderful, the view is amazing, the hotel rooms are comfortable, cozy, clean, everything you need is available. they met us at the entrance, accompanied us, showed us the hotel, I would like to note the evening programs, the organization of various events, including sports for all 5 stars. the staff is very attentive, it is sports animation, why the guys are always interested in various issues of the hotel and always take the initiative to solve and settle the situation. thank you very much for the service and luxury!

Firstly, the restaurant has a good range of food and is very delicious, it is clean and looks appealing and modern. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The beach is sandy and pebbly and useful , the country’s hot. Finally , the kids club is the best they are very kind to the kids and make you feel welcome and safe. We feel very entertained and never get boerd , water polo is very good. If you stay here you will enjoy your time and get your moneys worth espcaping the UK weather.

We loved the hotel very much last year and we decided to come this year again so this is our second time and we really enjoyed our vacation here again. The hotel is really good for the families with children, everywhere is closer to each other so you can be comfortable with the kids. We love the food here, you can find a lot of options. Bars are really good. Kids activities are fun and entertainment programs for adults are also really nice. The sea and the beach is really nice. Staff is always helpful with a smiling face. You are added to a whatsapp group with your assistants and you can handle everything through your assistants easily. I recommend the hotel to everyone.

We have no regrets of spending our vacation in this amazing place. This is the best hotel in Turkey. It can’t be compared even with Maxx Royal having higher level of service, the most varied and delicious food i have ever seen in any hotel and the breathtaking sea view.
Whenever you come to the beach, you can find free place in any part of it you want. Service overcomes any expectations you might have before coming here.
There are also a lot of entertainments for both adults and kids of any ages. Nevertheless, if you are interested in relaxing holiday, you will never notice here loud music as all the activities happen on the different part of the hotel area to not disturb the vacationers.
Highly recommended to stay here and I will for sure choose this hotel over any other place if I come to Turkey!

The service is amazing, the waiters and staff are always ready and so nice. The hotel rooms are so clean and super tidy. The food is amazing, I have eaten the best sushi of my life here and they have tons of choices when it comes to cuisines! The hotel is beautiful, and greenery is everywhere it is mesmerizing. 10/10

This hotel is incredible mainly due to the phenomenal service shown towards guests from all members of staff, who truly go out of their way to make sure you holiday is as enjoyable as possible from the moment you enter until you leave. Food was delicious, alcohol was branded and cocktails were amazing. We visited the steak and Italian restaurants and both were excellent.
My children loved the kids entertainment and daily face painting, onside waterpark and beach. We all experienced a wonderful 2 week stay here.

UNBELIEVABLE- were very particular when it comes to holiday hotels and the team at NG did not disappoint! From the minute we landed at Antalya airport they had a LUXURY transfer vehicle waiting for us with cold drinks and cold towels. We was allocated a personal assistant via WhatsApp group upon arrival. The hotel facilities/staff/service is truly second to none. Everyone makes you feel so special and all try their utmost to please their guests. We have 3 kids who all had the time of their lives! The kids water park is spectacular. Overall truly the most amazing experience ever! Thank you everyone !
