The location and settlement of the hotel is really good. The sea is really close and pools are easily accessible.
Food quality is good and drinks variety is acceptable. In general, the facility was clean enough except the hundreds of lizards around the buildings. In any case, rooms were really clean.
The experienced staff was really perfect but the trainees was a disaster. We'd like to send special thanks to Mr. Mahmut and Mr. Vefa.

Great location with superb pebble beach and crystal clean water. Rooms are nice and the price is right. Hoped for slight better food, but still 5* review :)

Stayed here as a solo parent with two kids for a week, and have to say I actually got to ENJOY MY VACATION. All the good stuff was already mentioned (pools, beach, greenery, food, drinks, evening program, aquapark) and I confirm it‘s all perfect. My personal special thanks goes to the kid´s club and entertainment teams – you guys made my vacation so much easier and fun… Oh, I also enjoyed the saunas and hammam, but again, only thanks to the kid‘s club ;) I was lucky to meet awesome people here, both guests and staff, kids and adults, and I hope all of them will have a happy life. After all, vacation is not about that cat in a restaurant or a grey towel. It‘s about recharging your batteries and finding your inner piece again. I found mine.

We have been staying in this great resort for the past 3 summers. We have never regretted it. Food, facilities, stuff, the sea, in short, everything is amazing. For the families with kids, this resort has a great aqua park and a great kids club. My 8 years old daughter always found something to have fun. I want to thank to the Kids Club Staff (specifically Sahi Rabia, Lena and Elif) for taking care of our daughter all the time. We hope to come again for the next summer. Thank you for all the amazing holidays.

Lovely hotel, slightly outdated rooms, but that's not the point. Most importantly, many small pools, excellent service and service. Cool entertainment for kids and adults. Green territory, the smell of pine needles!
Minuses: there is a problem with sun loungers, they are occupied with towels and there are not enough of them, despite the fact that they are 50% empty, it’s just that someone booked it for themselves but didn’t come. The staff with this does not help with the search for a sun lounger. The lock on the balcony was broken in the room, there was a risk that they could just come in and pick up our things. A terrible Turkish man in the lobby who demanded to fill out unnecessary papers with confidential information, after refusing to start squeezing the papers and yelling to another employee that if I did not fill them out, they would kick me out of the hotel along with two small children. It spoiled the experience a lot. Such people should not work in the service sector, especially in management of Guest Relations.

Wonderful hotel, campus style layout with lots of options for pools. The Water Park was great and the staff were amazing. Food was delicious and varied.

Overall, it's a really goodnl resort. We have spent 2 weeks here and rarely want to come back to any resort twice. We could definitely come back again.

Amazing place for summer vacation. Family friendly hotel. They offer many activities for kids. Even in October, you can enjoy summer, swim and sunbathe. The service is great. Food is the best. The rooms are clean and the stuff is super friendly. We stayed there one week in October with two kids and now are planning to come back again but in July or August. I can also say that there were many Russian guests and the stuff speaks Russian well.

Good and big enough place to have a rest for a week or for a long time. Polite staff, good rooms, amazing sights, a lot of pools, good evening programs and entertainment possibilities. Golf cars take you to your room and back. Only little thing if I have to say something it should be improve the food selection and taste.

We had a wonderful holiday with wonderful people in a wonderful location. Animation team, staff, everybody was very helpful, especially Saliha Hanım from Animation team and Eyup bey in main restaurant was extra helpful.

We spent lovely 10 days in the hotel in June 2022. The hotel has a beautiful beach, big water park with 6 tubes. There is also a small water park for small kids. Our room was 9225 which has 2 separate rooms and a beautiful sea view. Room was cleaned every day by a very friendly staff (cleaner Sati and her colleagues are super helpful and welcoming). Food is amazing, lots of choice of a Mediterranean style dishes (my preference) as well as lots of meat, fresh fish, all sorts of kebabs, burgers, etc. Massive choice of drinks and cocktails available everywhere on the territory of the hotel. Need to mention a big variety of ice cream, unlimited throughout the day. Staff in the restaurants, waterpark, reception, cleaners are all super friendly, kind, attentive and helpful. There are lots of waiters around pool area wearing the roller skates which makes it very fun to watch them rolling with the glasses of Prosecco. Loved my time with a cup of Turkish coffee and Turkish delight and a book in one of a tea houses of the hotel. We will be back ))

Very nice 5 start hotel. There are 6 pools. The sea is clean, but there are some big boulders in the sea. This hotel is an all-inclusive hotel, so there is lots if delicious food. I was surprised when I saw that personal of hotel throw out all food that people haven't eaten. This hotel had reconstruction in 2014, but some tile, as I think, didn't change. Lots of entertainment for all people, children side, there is a professional show every evening. Lots if pool bars and big water slides. On the trees there are bugs which make nature sound of forest. Some staff understand only English, and some understand only Russian, so there are some misunderstandings. This hotel is expensive.

Love this hotel - very beautiful and green area.

Amazing hotel with incredible amenities and smiling stuff that will do their best to please a guest. Lots of swimming pools, snack/drink bars across the area, huge Aquapark for both kids and parents to have fun. Food is great too everywhere you go, huge variety :) entertainment is available either you wanna do fitness, dance/sing or try a sea sport. Highly recommended to everyone 👍👍

Great place. Kid friendly. Clean. Staff were excellent. Right next to the beach with water sports available. The water slides kept grown-up kids entertained for days. Weather was great in the day during late Oct although pack a few decent jumpers for the evening.

I give 5* to a lady name Lucia at customer relation desk in reception, she is amazing at what she does, you will see her around customers like a butterfly and try to help them as much as she can.
She works hard to keep the 5* rate for this hotel as she mainly deal with unhappy customers and turn them to a happy custoemr that comes and write here a 5* review. The hotel should be so proud ti have staffs like Lucia.

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The cleanliness is also very good even in winter. The food is always fresh and varied. We came for an after Christmas break and so glad we came to this hotel it was a lovely stay.
