Jiva Beach Resort

Fantastic 3 night stay at Jiva Beach in November. They kindly upgraded us to a pool room for no extra cost because we asked for twin beds and were given a double.
The food and drinks were the best ever all inclusive I’ve been to.
Staff courteous and polite and the place was so clean.
Good location by the beach. Despite being out of season they still put on a beach party and other entertainment.
Would definitely return, but probably not in high season / school holidays

We stayed here from 7th-14th April 2022.
This hotel is absolutely brilliant! The rooms were very clean. The food was tasty, there was always something for everyone.
We were in room 127. the cleaner, Fatma was fantastic, if we needed clean towels, she would always give them to us without a hassle.
Ourroom was spotless after every time she cleaned it.
As for the bar staff, Can and his team at the pool bar were extremely helpful and kind. I have a disability, meaning that I struggle to carry drinks to the table, so Can, Betul & the other staff would help me every time I had a large order.
There was a massive range of cocktails, so you weren't stuck for choice.
Also, Rodney, Barney & the rest of the entertainment team were great too! They knew how to get people hyped up when it came to different events like, the shows they hosted in the ampitheatre, karaoke in the disco bar etc...
The Jet2 rep, Mustafa was always on hand to help between 9am-12pm every day. It was nice to have a friendly face greet you every morning on your way to breakfast.
The layout of the hotel is good, the pools are nice, nothing is much of distance from any of the other rooms.
I just want to thank the staff again as they made the holiday what it was! Especially, Can, Betul & Viking - the bar staff, Rodney & Barney (Berkan) - entertainment, Mustafa - Jet2 rep & Fatma - the cleaner.

Wow, this place is truly somewhere to mark on your ‘to go’ list! Nothing negative to say whatsoever! Our expectations were exceeded way beyond what we could have hoped for. Staff and service superb. Food is just, wow!! Huge variety, and quality/value for money is 5 star! Rooms are comfortable, and nicely decorated. Entertainment was superb, with massive variety for all ages! The resort is super relaxing, comfortable sun loungers, and despite the resort being full, never felt it, as there’s so many areas to relax. Beach set up is by far the nicest in the area with access to water sports (very fairly priced). Grounds well looked after, resort super clean. Can’t praise this place enough. Already booked to come back next year! Set the bar very high for our first all inclusive package hols.

Been all over Turkey in all inclusive hotels and this hotel is by far the best. There were 16 of us and all said we will be going again next year. The food was brilliant, the service was second to none and the location was great right at the side of the beach. The food there was over 200 choices how anyone can say that there was something wrong impossible.

The staff at the self service main buffet restaurant truly made my stay exceptional. The service we received at the main restaurant was outstanding, thanks to our two waitresses who worked near the fruit/dessert section of the restaurant (Aiysha? And another short slim lady – sorry I’m terrible at names). Their friendliness and attentive service made our dining experience truly enjoyable.
The service provided by the lady at the cooking station pasta bar was exceptional. Their promptness and courtesy made our meals a delightful experience. The friendly lady at the cooking station (pasta) was very helpful and always served us with a smile.

A special shout out to the staff at reception who were always patient and helpful when I asked them to change my money into smaller notes. This was very important for me to be able to change bigger bank notes into smaller notes.

Thank you to these wonderful people that made our holiday truly exceptional.

This place is amazing.im still here i don't want to leave lol.theres plenty bars here with very friendly service.staff can not do enough to help.the food is to die for and theres loads to choose from.hotel is spotless both inside and out.there is a lagoon that runs through the resort full of fish,terrapins and frogs.beach is also fantastic along with the beach bar.i would recommend this resort 😃 there's also a 24 hour bar with sandwiches and deserts.a outside snack bar which is also lovely food.very friendly and mostly English if that matters to anyone.i don't mind either way.can not rate this resort enough.5*++++++++

honestly this place deserves all the 5 stars it gets, the rooms are lovely and can be your perfect temperature, with such beautiful views aswell from every room.
the area is gorgeous and filled with nice shops and places to eat even tho the hotel food is so nice theres no need to leave.
and the staff there are amazing, the entertainment staff are so kind and fun to meet and interact with and they take the time to remember you even if you haven't been in years.
i strongly recommend this hotel to anyone going to turkey, and i would encourage everyone to engage in the activities offered.

Jiva beach is just an amazing place for a true relaxing vacation.The food is just delicious and has such a variety of it that you can’t decide what to eat. All compliments to all of the hard working staff here from chefs in the kitchen to the cleaning staff, guys at the bars and reception desk.They are all extremely kind and professional.
The rooms are beautiful and spacious.
The beach is really nice and has a hotel bar in it. The beds are comfy so we literally spend all the day at the beach.
There are various activities throughout the day so you’re never bored.
For all of the ladies there is a hair and nail salon for which I was really grateful since my nail broke and they fixed it in 10min.
We’ll be coming back here in the future for sure!

Had 10 fantastic days here from 23/9-3/10. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are immaculate, although the bathroom was a tad on the small side , but they do have nice big showers. There are 3 a la carte restaurants & you get one free visit to one of your choice. There's also the main restaurant which serves a wide variety of food and beverages. There's always something to choose from without it getting repetitive. My own personal recommendation would be the barbecued chicken & pork. There's also a snack bar that does meals from 11am until 3 if you prefer something cooked a little lighter.
There's also a 24 hr restaurant where you can get sandwiches, pastries & soups as well as alcohol or tea, coffee etc etc.
There's a cocktail bar, which is extra, but the barman really knows how to make a damn good cocktail , there are 2 other bars as well.
There's the usual shops that you'd expect from a resort. It has its own beach where the sunbeds are free, as are the towels around the pool. Speaking of pools, there's the main pool, which they also use for pool activities, There's a spa pool & a smaller pool, which have padded sun loungers, but these are usually taken very early . There's a kids' pool too with some water slides. There's a climbing wall, sauna, gym, games room & sauna as well but I never used those.
There's a nice size lagoon that has fish & terrapins that is a nice feature. Calise beach is a short walk away if you fancy a change of scenery. We've already booked next year's holiday elsewhere, but we'll be back in 2025 without a doubt.

Having just returned from a lovely week at Jiva I thought I'd give a honest review on this place, We arrived early evening, check in was quick & efficient, no drink offered upon arrival though, we was quickly taken to our room *we had been given an upgrade to a swim up room* which was a lovely surprise, we was given a brief rundown on how things worked in the room, no mention on how to connect to WiFi but that was easily sussed, as it was early we had chance for dinner, we went for a drink as we both was thirsty, we opted for the main pool bar as it was the nearest, there was an extensive cocktail menu, the bar staff was extremely helpful & friendly. We then headed for the main restaurant, we both being foodies was looking forward to seeing what was available, we both was slightly overwhelmed by the choice of food, we walked around twice before getting our plates.. the food was presented lovely with a basic description of each dish. There is definitely enough choice even for fussy eaters & people who like to try different things,
After our food we went guest relations where we met Ozlem she was one of the most loveliest & helpful genuine person I've ever met, we ended up having a chat most evenings, we booked our al carte meal with her, the only one we didn't try was the Asian one, she recommended the paprika to us after our chat, the food was spectacular the octopus casserole was one of the best things ever, we also did the roof top restaurant, the setting was beautiful this is a must for meat eaters,I enjoyed the food but not as much as paprika,
How the resort is set out is really good albeit a busy place you can easily find a quiet spot..it's a very tranquil place to walk around with numerous pools bars & seating, the entertainment was really good for a hotel.
The full resort rooms grounds restaurant toilets were all extremely clean with a lovely fresh smell upon approach to the toilets..
The lukka bar being a 24hr is a great touch full drinks menu coffee teas etc to sandwiches soups cakes & pastries.
I loved my morning cappuccino from here.
Theres a good supermarket/gift shop on site plus a few others
The negative feedback
1.lack of availability of sunbeds we got up to watch the sun rise 6am we was at the beach by 7.15am towels was being put on the sun loungers same around the main pool.
2. The swim up room albeit lovely the water was so cold (so was the other pools) & not very private luckily we had lovely poilte people next door,
3 the wrist bands are awful for any hotel never mind a 5* a ribbon band would be much nicer & more comfortable.
4 Jiva have a system of different colour wrist bands for repeat guests, apparently you get discounts on the spa etc, however when we was at the paprika snack bar black band guests got different wine in different glasses, i wouldnt normally mention something so trival but the wine is awful in the resturants bars etc but the al carte is nice.
But overhall a lovely place to holiday.
Made some great memories here.

Some places like Jiva are a hidden jem.
By far one of the best all inclusive I have seen. Staff is always friendly and happy to help.

Just would like to say we have just got back to the UK after spending 10 nights at this Resort. I will strongly recommend this place as we both have had a Magical Honeymoon/Holiday starting from the minute we entered the Reception Area and having our bags taken to our Honeymoon Suite and seeing it all decorated.. the entertainment was spot on. 👌 The variety of food was unbelievable and the service we received from Mustafa was unbelievable, he was very helpful, charming and efficient in what he does. He is a big credit to the Jiva Team. Our Room keeper who made sure our room was cleaned everyday and made different figures out of our towels which added a special touch to our time here needs to be mentioned to. We have made friends with two couples while staying here and looking forward to coming back next year. Well done top marks for everything 👏 🥰🥰 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 xx

Amazing place..... First time in Turkey and I'm in love, the Jiva beach resort is amazing every single part of the resort can not be faulted, the layout of the resort is perfectly done the rooms are perfect and for the staff!!! Out of this world we still have one more night here but wanted to post before we go tomorrow just to say a massive thank you to all the staff at the resort for making this holiday truly one of the best holidays ever and will definitely be returning next year .

Came to this hotel first time, been to turkey before different area.
All staff are great especially oguzhan acunbas of the snack paprika bar can't do enough for you.
Lovely guy could have took him home with us.

Went to Fethiye market yesterday and stupidly went and left my bag in the taxi.... was passed myself as my phone was in it (and a bit of cash but wasn't bothered about that). I just wanted to commend the Guest Relations staff (Eylem in particular) and security staff at the hotel. They were so prompt in going through cctv footage to find out which taxi company we used and made the necessary phone calls to get my bag back within the hour. What a massive relief! Thank you sooo much.
Moving forward it would be good for reception staff to suggest looking through cctv - they did ring Calis taxi rank but it actually turned out to be a Marina Taxi. It was a very helpful and quick thinking fellow holiday maker who suggested looking through cctv, which I then suggested to reception who got guest relations involved. Thanks again 👏👏, very much appreciated 😊😊. It would have spoiled my holiday if I hadn't got it back

Had a fantastic week. Beautiful room overlooking the sea where the sunsets were amazing. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Especially loved the Lagoon bar, with Bar Chef Arif and Nasuh always being so attentive!

We arrived at 1am and there is a 24 hour bar where you can get teas coffees alcohol and snacks which was much welcomed after a long day travelling
This hotel is spotless Staff on cleaning all day and the maid service is the best. Clean sheets each day and some days little sculptures made from towels. Nice touch

We would like to especially thank to our hosts at the hotel! The place is amazing! Everyone was extremely kind, attentitive and polite to all the guests! Actually, I would like to tell about a rather disturbing situation for me at the beggining of our stay. We were traveling by car from Bulgaria and when we came to check in at the hotel, I realized that I forgot my bag at some gas station. All the people at the reception took personnally my case and started to help us! They organized very good and found the bag with all my personal belongings (id, passport, money...). We were very worried but the people didn't stop to calm us down and to assure us that the bag will come to us ASAP! In two days the bag with everything inside was with me and we continued to enjoy our vacation! We would like to specially thank to Samira Erhan for her invaluable help! She was our life savior :)
Thank you everybody in the hotel for everything! We will surely come back!

Just returned from a 10 day holiday at Jiva. Although travelling with little kids is never fully relaxing (our toddler had multiple daily meltdowns!), we were so pleased with the resort, staff and facilities!
The resort is spotless and constantly cleaned. The food was excellent with a lot of fresh and healthy options (the Turkish ala carte restaurant was a special treat!) The evening entertainment was terrific with a lot of variety (I really didn't expect the entertainment to be something I would pay attention to, but it was great!). The staff were attentive, welcoming and went above and beyond! The most stand-out for us as a family were the lovely staff in the kids club! Our daughter wanted to spend as much time in the kids club as she possibly could and it was all because of the friendly and welcoming staff at the club. Thank you to everyone at Jiva for a great holiday! Cant wait to be back!

The service here at Jiva is brilliant! I couldn’t fault the staff they are great and come up with great drinks that are not on the menu , if you want something different you ask for ‘ special shot ‘ and they will give you a range of surprises I definitely recommend checking this out and asking! I don’t write many reviews but when I like something I’m bond to spread the word. The bar team here make you feel very welcome and part of the resort! One of the nights that we stayed here the bar was extremely busy and we were offered table service which was quick!! I would definitely recommend this place
